Chichcha is a corrupted / comical derivation of CHACHCHA.
CHACHCHA means uncle in Urdu (chacha in Hindi).
Generally speaking, Chichcha is a slang term for an elderly smartass. It is also used to address someone who is trying to act smart but really isn’t.
It is used by people belonging to communities that have been ruled by the Nizams in the past - Telangana / Andhra, Maharashtra, Karnataka, UP, Delhi, etc.
