Sure, if given a chance at a national level to hold some power in forming government, i’m sure there are many parties out there with enough integrity to say no thanks.😆

If memory serves me correctly, didn’t take long for AAP to jump in bed with the Congress to form government no? And TMC if given a choice would probably align more with the Congress than the BJP, wouldn’t you agree? If she joined a Congress-afiliated party, would that have meant her rape allegations were false or it’s fine because it’s a different party?

But please, go ahead and keep trying to school me in Indian politics lol.

Alliances formed on temporary basis are different from being 'affiliated'. Even SP and BSP formed an alliance against BJP in Uttar Pradesh, does that mean they're now affiliated to one another? LMAO.

Even CPIM had formed an alliance with Congress for 2016 Bengal polls, doesn't mean its old enmity with Congress, especially during Naxal times, will be washed away. These alliances don't really mean ideological affiliation. Even TMC, one of the most vocal opponents of BJP, was in the NDA once. But even an insane person wouldn't say the TMC is affiliated to BJP 🤪Again, anybody with a smattering of idea about Indian politics would know this, this is one of the most basic things.

As for your question, no legitimate victim would join a political party, ANY party, smack in the middle of investigations and right after she made the allegations. This is just basic common sense anybody off the street would have.

She entered politics therefore her rape allegations must be false and she’s mentally unstable? God save the girls of India from people with such mentality🤢

No, her rape allegations are false because the man she accused of raping her was in a different country at that time. The fact that she didn't think twice before maligning other women shows what her intent was. I do think she made it up to get attention and that's both dangerous and scary.

And because of her and others like her, actual victims might not get justice or even get taken seriously.

Look at the chronology of everything related to her starting from the day Anurag's interview aired.

Affiliated - officially attached or connected to an organisation. So the AAP weren’t attached or connected to the Congress when in power?

Common sense? No, not convinced “anybody off the street” would tell you if you claim you’ve been raped then you can get any job, but don’t you dare join politics. Seriously, who makes up these rules? You’ve alleged you’ve been raped by someone related to Bollywood, therefore you must not join politics because AGENDA.

I am guessing it is the same type of common sense that lets people think Rhea should be exonerated before the verdict of any of the agencies. Dont say anything about her. But Payal Gosh was a woman using sexual assault allegations to further her political ambitions? Because she didn't think sexual assault should halt you life altogether.

I just explained the difference between IDEOLOGICAL affiliation and temporary alliances. In the context of Indian politics, affiliation means ideological, like Shiv Sena was. If two parties don't share similar ideologies, then they can't be called affiliated.

And no, joining politics is not like random jobs. When you're already posting tweets tagging the PM, and then you straightaway join a party affiliated to them, then everybody knows what message you're sending out. Especially when you've already been accused of being a political mole. I repeat, no victim will join politics if she's genuine, especially IN THE MIDDLE OF INVESTIGATIONS. Timing is the key.

And everything about Payal Ghosh's allegations screamed "reeking of agenda". I am no fan of Kashyap the man, but everybody with a brain knew this was fake from the start.

This is after leaving out the glaring loopholes in her story, by the way.

Man makes Anti-BJP remarks

Random woman alleges sexual assault against man

Random woman is proven a liar

Ramdom woman is Counter-sued in a sub-matter and apologizes

Random woman gets her 2 minute of fame, joins BJP affiliate

Make up your own mind....if Random woman is a victim or an attention seeking political pawn.

All that photo op with governor and NCW chairman ended with this! Unbelievable but predictable path of political entry.
