I need some suggestions on the following workout schedule and my goal is to have a lean body with muscle growth. Currently I am 42 years old and my weight is 60kgs. I have belly fat.
Workout schedule:
Mon,Wed,Fri---Interval training / Body toning
Tue,Thu,Sat---Outdoor cycle and plank exercises
Sun-Rest
Kindly suggest additions / deletions in the above workout schedule. Thanks
