Tulasa doesn't have favourites. When Hema is lazy or Sakhi does as she pleases, Tulasa holds up Latika as an ideal. When Latika misbehaves, Tulasa calls her a disgrace to Abhya and Indu.

I know such men and women. My mum's side and in our Village. They just want to be known as someone with power and a say in every matter.

Also, has Deva still not given his rejection or what?

On Monday's show, Hema said to Appā, we need a plan to meet expenses after Lati leaves, because right now our household runs on Lati's paycheck. Appā's response was to mock Hema for thinking; he told her to stick to the kitchen and not speak about issues that her husband and he will handle.

So, men get to decide how the household is run, and women have to accept and cook whatever they get. What a terribly chauvinistic attitude! This power imbalance is the basis of a lot of domestic abuse. Sundarā Manāmadhe Bharalī shouldn't present it as funny or wise. A character should only express this view if it is to be promptly rebutted.

Hema's work doesn't earn money and she's not very intelligent or hard-working, but she's still an adult member of the household who deserves a say in planning for her own livelihood and her daughter's future.

Ata sajjan alay

So I doubt show eill end anytime soon.

Looks like sakhi and tulza will keep planning obstacles.

Also, hema has a very valid point. She isn't earning, neither is appa nor ashutosh.

So they must find a source of income and not be dependent on anyone outside of the house.

Appa , obviously is a male chauvinist pig

When the villains' obstacles to Latika's dance become too much, Sajjan will step in and win the competition for her. Come on, writers, I dare you to recycle that plot!

This will convince Latika that Sajjan is her predestined partner in life, and their wedding will bring the show full circle.

Contrived? Yes, but not more than Tulasa suddenly turning against Sakhi over one failed scheme and deciding to marry her off to Sajjan who is twice her age. Sakhi stated her age as 22, and Sajjan was 34 when the show began, two years before the conception of Adhira whose seventh birthday was many months ago, making Sajjan 44 at present.

A boring show like this is unworthy of commentary, I know. So, I'm limiting myself to one post.

When a couple is getting married for the sake of a child, wouldn't they want to create that loving and supportive environment as soon as possible? But no, the writers decided to parody Tānājī's martyrdom by having Latika and Devavrat say "Ādhī lagīna academy-çaṃ." Yawn.

Bimbavati is powerful enough to get out of jail after an act of terrorism ... Bimbavati's return with a new look is teased for weeks, a new henchman Sagar is introduced and Kalpya returns for maybe two scenes ... Bimbavati promptly goes back to jail. Yawn.

Anyway, this post is about Latika's flashback to Abhimanyu getting down on his knees and saying "I love you" with a maṅgaḷasūtra on Vaṭa-Paurṇimā. That scene was Abhya's daydream, so how can it become Lati's happy memory? What actually happened to this couple on that day was the humiliating end of their sham marriage, thanks to Kamini and Bāpū. It led to Latika insisting that she didn't want to be married to anyone. She didn't want Abhimanyu's love until many months later. The real footage from that Vaṭa-Paurṇimā was even used to smear Abhimanyu at trial.

The creative team could have chosen from so many romantic moments that actually happened between Latika and Abhimanyu. Instead, they had the extraordinary incompetence to use a daydream scene that contradicts a pivotal plot point that drove months of story!

The show hasn't ended yet? Ye academy kab banegi?

It's finally over!

It should have been the story of Abhimanyu training athletes even on the undeveloped land for the academy, and gradually constructing the facilities, and Latika's management skills earning recognition in politics as a challenger to Sarjerav and Daulat.

In the first year, the story was promising, with Lati learning to enjoy exercise, becoming a model, and growing confident, while Abhya determinedly trained for the race and won Lati's love.

The second year was wasted on nonstop meaningless suffering: an agonizing second wedding ... Indumati's death-throes ... Taramati set on fire ... Daulat forcibly marrying Nandini and later kidnapping Lati ... Abhilasha mistreating her workers ... innocent Abhya repeatedly jailed and beaten and put on trial ... finally, the gruesome murder on Gaṇeśa-Caturthī.

What was the point of the third year? Deva had more spark with Babul than with Lati. Instead of athletes, the academy was just an apartment building with balconies! Hema and Tulasa were constantly fighting over nothing with Appā, Bāpū, and Surekha, while Daulat and Bimbavati tried to kill everyone and got jailed and released illogically. The dialogue hammered the word "academy" and Latika's pairing with Devavrat, and then dance/ghuṅgarū, but nothing ever happened to generate interest in any of it.

Latika married Deva just for academy and Aadhira. She is selfish. she has cheated with Deva's emotions. She is selfish. she is not showing any love or attraction for him.  She denies to call him as 'Deva'. She also call Vidya as Vidya madam instead of Vidyaa Aai. jar lagna karayche nawte tar faqt friendship karaychi hoti Devashi. she still loves Abhya.
