Second time for Parag Tyagi

Is it me or Parag Tyagi is playing an antagonist after the naag mani the second time. The first was when played the character Takshesh an evil serpent king after the Naagmani by trying to kill his niece in the show naagkanya and second here in Naagin 5 as Balwant the head of the Cheel clan. 

I think its someone else
