He tries to creates lot of problems between Vansh and Riddhima to settle his scores with both

An honest, upright courageous under cover agent in disguise of a PT teacher as of now. 

His sole aim is to eliminate all the unlawful businesses, arrest and punish the criminals to safeguard the interest of the Country. He is been trying to expose Vansh from quite some time 

but hasn’t succeeded so far! Refusing to give up easily he etches out a perfect plan to trap Vansh Raisinghania. 

He sacrifices his love, for his mission so that he can expose the real face of Vansh to the world. 

Kabir is waiting for a right opportunity to strike and succeed! 

There is mystery revolving his character but not much has been revealed about his side of the story

Ishani Raisinghania - Vansh’s younger sister, strong headed, sassy, stylish girl. 

Typical high class snobbish attitude, has an air of pride around her. 

She is extremely proud of her brother’s achievements and loves him a lot but cannot voice it out. 

She craves for Vansh’s attention and affection, jealous seeing Vansh more concerned and attached to Siya. 

Her insecurities are vented out by her in form of her temper tantrums. 

She is blunt and disrespectful at times but is a genuine person by heart. 

She hates Riddhima as she doubts her intentions and feels Riddhima is planning something against her brother.

Siya Raisinghania - Vansh’s younger sister, affectionate, calm and very pleasant person. 

She is meek, down to earth and genuine holding no prejudice against anyone. 

Siya is physically challenged and is wheelchair bound. 

Vansh is fiercely possessive and protective for her and Siya too loves and respects him a lot. 

Siya’s sudden liking and trust for Riddhima prompted Vansh to hire her as Siya’s physiotherapist. 

Siya was a sort of driving force which brought Vansh Riddhima close

Anupriya Raisinghania - Step mother of Vansh, Ishani and Siya. 

She has brought them up with love after their biological parents left (supposedly dead, past not clear).

She is a sharp, high toned, sophisticated lady who is sort of obsessed to Vansh cannot see him in pain. 

She isn’t happy with the fact that Vansh chose Riddhima ... as she feels Riddhima is of no match to her son and wants her out of his life. 

Even she has some past hidden and doesn't want it to unveil.

Rudra Raisinghania - Aryan's Father and Vansh’s Chacha appears to be his loyal and confident on face.

Working hand in hand with Vansh  and following all his orders to gain his trust. 

But secretly is waiting for an opportunity to eliminate Vansh and takeover the entire Raisinghania empire. 

He has ulterior motives and wants all the power that Vansh posesses but pretends to be sugary sweet and genuine on face.

Chanchal Raisinghania - Aryan's Mother and Vansh's Chachi. 

She is obsessed to gold and jewellery. She too harbours ulterior motives but at times her funny and gullible traits along with her genuine concern for the family surfaces out. 

But the lust for all the power and control of the VR Mansion and Raisinghania empire for her husband and her son Aryan overshadow her feelings for the family.

Chitwan - Chanchal’s brother. He is an author by profession and writes crime / thriller fiction. 

He is lost in his own world and often reacts or behaves in a weird manner suspecting and doubting the people around assuming they are characters of his fiction. 

He is more of comic relief in the family as of now

Pingle & Mishra - They are Kabir’s assistants, a part of his team. 

Pingle was Kabir's former assistant but was transferred resulting in Mishra taking up Pingle’s post

Sejal - Riddhima’s best friend, hostel mate more like family to her. 

A successful party planner by profession and many a times Riddhima would help her out in organizing parties as a part time option. 

Sejal is one genuine person who wishes well for Riddhima but since the time Riddhima entered Vansh’s life has lost contact.

Neha - An undercover agent like Kabir, who had gone on an mission to spy on Vansh’s illegal dealings 

but was caught red handed by Vansh and died on duty

Uma Raisinghania - Vansh, Ishani, Siya’s biological mother. 

Vansh was very much attached to her but she left / died leaving a big vacuum in Vansh’s life, 

trapping him in his own misery. Vansh feels she betrayed him and abandoned him to fight the world alone . 

He hasn’t still been able to recover from these memories and wounds that followed post Uma’s disappearance.

Ragini - Vansh’s ex fiancee. Not much has been revealed about their relation or past. 

Supposedly dead; Vansh has kept her statue in the VR Mansion backyard 

where strictly nobody is allowed to go. 

Vansh does go there and has been seen talking to the statue at times.

Sunny - Ishani’s boyfriend/fiance. There is some mystery to his character; 

he has some ulterior motives. 

He re-enter VR Mansion to marry Ishani; is also seen helping Riddhima for solving Ragini's mystery

Mrs D’souza - A fiercely loyal and trusted employee of the Raisinghania family. 

She is like a mother figure to Vansh and his siblings as she has brought them up and takes care of all their needs. 

Though its her duty to follow the orders given to her and keep a close watch on Riddhima 

but gradually she has developed a soft corner for Riddhima too

Riddhima is a physiotherapist who madly is in love with Kabir, a cop who sends her as an undercover agent on a mission to catch Vansh Raisinghania, who is the head of illegal businesses.

Riddhima goes to Vansh's cruise party as a party planner and with a series of events that unfold in the cruise leads to Vansh hiring Riddhima as Sia's physiotherapist.

Eventually as time passes, Vansh starts doubting her and in order to find out her real mission asks her to marry him.

She agrees to marry him because she wanted to finish her mission for Kabir.

On the next day of marriage Riddhima finds a statue of a girl who has a 'VR' ring on her finger and on the following morning Vansh gave her the exact same ring like the one in statue's finger and tells her that he gives this ring only to the special ones in his life.

Riddhima forces Vansh into telling her the story about the girl's statue by hurting his ego by removing the ring given by him. Vansh tells that the girl's name is Ragini and she was his ex fiancée.

Riddhima believes that Ragini was killed by him and plans to find out the truth about Ragini's death.  She along with the help of their house help Mrs.Dsouza begin to investigate which leads them to a phone number behind Ragini's photo which fell from one of Vansh's diary.

She calls that number which turns out to be Ragini's father. Ragini's father agrees to help Riddhima after a lot of convincing and makes a file containing all the information about Ragini and her death but before he could send that to Riddhima, someone kills him.

Kabir comes to Vansh's mansion to arrest him for killing Ragini's father but due to lack of evidence Vansh is free. It is later revealed that Mrs. Dsouza told Vansh all about Riddhima's plans. 

Vansh asks her why she called that man and she questions him back asking Vansh why he killed Ragini's father. 

He tells her that he didn't kill anyone and that man isn't Ragini's father.

She doesn't believe him and then comes across a secret room. She makes a fake key and goes inside where she finds a saree and some jewellery and a painting. There is another statue of a woman covered by a red cloth.

Riddhima wears the saree and jewellery and tricks Vansh to reveal the truth when he's drunk. Vansh gets scared and asks why she cheated thinking it was the woman from the statue. Riddhima asks why he killed her although he loved her, as Vansh opens his eyes and sees Riddhima. She runs to her room but is caught by Vansh and he asks her where is the painting.

Riddhima tells that she did not take any painting but he doesn't believe her. Vansh then tells her he didn't kill anyone and how can a son kill his own mother. Riddhima gets shocked after finding out that the woman is Vansh's biological mother and she left him without saying a word or even goodbye.

Vansh gets angry and gives Riddhima an ultimatum to find the painting as it is his mother's last memory. He threatens to kill her if anything happens to the painting and she feels guilty for her actions.

She goes to the secret room and sees a masked man with black gloves and plans to expose the masked man before Ganpati Visarjan. Riddhima in search of the painting reaches the secret room

and is shocked to find kerosene on the way she goes into the room and startled to find that the painting is being burnt. Vansh is heartbroken and kicks Riddhima out of the house.

Riddhima prays to Ganapati before leaving the house, but a apple falls near her and she picks it up.

Angre brings Riddhima's luggage and asks shall we leave, after a few minutes Vansh finds Angre on floor and asks what happened he tells that Riddhima has escaped into the house by hitting him with a vase.

Vansh orders Aryan and Angre to find her and bring her alive. On the other hand someone in a black mask kidnaps Riddhima and takes into a secret room, she gets up and takes out the mask and is shocked to find that the person is Vansh's step mother Anupriya.

Riddhima tells her that I knew it was you when the apple fell I saw kerosene marks on your saree,

but I just had to be sure. She questions her about why she did this much to hurt your son whom you love this much.

She says that she couldn't take away his pain in so many years and I loved him more than his own mother but couldn't bare his pain. Riddhima tells that I will tell about this to everyone, when she comes face to face with the whole family she tells that she burnt the portrait of Vansh's mother and was lying to him earlier and that she is regretting it now and if he wanted to kick her out she will leave the house on her own and then starts heading towards the door when Vansh's grandma stops Riddhima and asks Vansh to forgive her and to forget what had happened and give her another chance. Vansh agrees to keep her in the house but not to appear in his sight.

After sometime Anupriya asks why did she lied to Vansh, Riddhima answered that she knows value of relationship since she is an orphan. When she reaches her room she sees her things and memories are burning to ashes which is a revenge by Vansh.

Next day an unknown enemy, who could be Vansh, Anupriya, Ishani or Aryan according to her,

plants explosives in the coconut to hurt Riddhima but she find out before it and saves herself.

She then signals Kabir about her life being in danger

and he sends Sunny to help her under the pretext of being Ishani's lover
