The Rajvansh sky that holds the sun which pours in the light with its sparkling sunshine is Abir Rajvansh. The sky, holds the dark clouds that is Meenakshi Rajvansh, the thunder that is Kuhu and the lightening that comes in the form of many curve balls that life throws at him from time to time.
His sky also holds his moon that is his sweetheart, his doll and the reason for his very existence and she throws her silver beams whenever there is dark menacing clouds in the canopy. She is the reason he breathes. The sun and the moon co-exist and give meaning warmth and light to the sky that is the Rajvansh sky.
Mishti called herself all the vile names possible, to box herself in as a victim, as a manhoos told Kuhu that she has everything now because the one thing she wanted to give Abir has been snatched from her. Maasi understood Mishti’s essence and beautifully attempting to lift the totally broken Mishti by telling her how important and strong she is and that they would be lost without even just her smile as other members of the family joined in.
The most beautiful moment of today, was however the moon calling out to her sun, her eyes beckoning to him with the silent “Aaja”, and the sun hugging the moon and the latter taking in all the strength and light from him to shine again.
I recalled a moment from Noah to Ally in the novel/movie “The Notebook” where he says:
So, it's not gonna be easy. It's going to be really hard; we're gonna have to work at this everyday, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, forever, everyday. You and me... everyday. That’s the message that Abir Rajvansh gave his beloved and also elaborated on the same to his brother later on.
Within a woman,a man is conceived;
From a woman he is born,
He is betrothed and married to a woman
When a woman leaves or dies another is sought for
A woman gives birth to kings
From a woman a woman is born
None may exist without a woman
Only the one true God is exterior to a woman.
The women in the Rajvansh and Maheshwari home react to situations, emotions and situations in such a contrasting way and it has been portrayed wonderfully. The dream that grand moms have was brought out in that market scene very well.
If my grandma didn’t have me
I don’t know what she would do
She would have to eat millions of cookies
And go by herself to the zoo
She’d have to start drawing a painting
Or her fridge wouldn’t have any art
And use her own scissors & glitter
To make a card shaped like heart
She would have to tell herself knock-knocks
And find pretty rocks for her shelf
If she wanted to see funny faces,
She would have to make them herself
She would have to eat the last cupcake
And learn how to climb a tree
Somebody has to do those things
Thank God my grandma has me!
Dreams crash and our hopes shatter and BM’s dreams would have crashed too. The difference between losing a dream and losing humanity along with the dream was shown as a parallel between two mothers and two grand moms to be - BM and BB. Meenu accepts the woman in Mishti but not the courage and wisdom in her because she possibly sees it as a threat.

If we were to analyze Meenu till date, her constants have been
- her need to control
- touting frequently, her sacrifices and battles just for the family
- Her hatred for Mishti
The first two she relaxes from time to time because of others’ interference and the universe taking over, which she has always cleverly turned to her advantage
- Mehul’s truth which Mishti unearthed;
- Maami blaming Meenu for Ketki’s wedding with Ved where she felt like an outcast and ran away from home,
- even Mehul’s interference in their lives
- Next in line is her letter to Mishti in the precap
Her hatred of Mishti is very very strong but despite partial functional analysis of her character, it is very difficult to fathom why she would hate Mishti so much. Is she scared that Mishti in her love and need to protect Abir will get the bottom of some other dark deep secret that she holds? She knows the extent of Abir’s attachment and love and how stubborn he is so his love cannot be the reason. Is it that Mishti is bad for Abir the Raja beta (because that cannot be it either) or is it that Mishti is bad for Meenu and her questionable existence and suspicious behavior?
Hatred is the coward's revenge for being intimidated and Rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength.
So, she wants to permanently remove Mishti from his life and Rajvansh house. No matter how strong of a person you are, there’s always someone who can make you weak and to Meenu, that person is Mishti. Meenu is aggressive and she is at the edge of making mistakes and Abir has time again forgiven her. The possible secret that is her truth is like the sun and its going to come out some time. It’s not going to go away.
"Never play with the feelings

Meenu has never understood this. Abir has always returned to her always but there is a point where he will say enough is enough and meenu needs to drop her act and enjoy; let her children be, and be a good grand mom to Kunal's kids or Abir's.
You’re what you repeatedly do and in contrast, BM has been a personification of strength, love, affection, honesty and has spread just care and kindness to those around her. Even in her distraught state with Varsha accusing her, she told her that “her mind in itself can make a heaven of hell or a hell of heaven." Her dreams shattered too and her pain for Mishti and Abir must have been very hard for her to tolerate, and she did break because of the shock, but still held her composure and did not retaliate to Meenu’s threats.
However, Jasmeet’s absence helped Varsha regain her footing because the threatening blow that was dealt by Meenu brought her back to her senses with an important question How’s Mishti and her strong statement that Abir would never let that happen.
However, we need to remember that evil, corrupt people will always exist and their actions will cause pain and misery and we should never be affected by it. Jasmeet’s absence should not be an incentive for Varsha or Kuhu to be better in life.
This was perfectly pointed out by Kunal as he encouraged Kuhu to be better and be more like Bhai and Mishti. His birth circumstances, and his bond with Meenu should be a foundation for Kunal to be mean and nasty but he turned a new leaf and that was wonderfully put across to Kuhu by Kunal – A page out of his hero’s book.
Another epithet of wisdom that Abir passes today to Kunal is the essence of Krishna Dharma - Pain is inevitable, suffering optional and in this pain, his love for Mishti has become stronger. "Sometimes gain comes from losing, and sometimes loss comes from gaining." Even in the moment of loss he complimented Kunal by calling him his himmat and told him that he never wished ill for him.
You can either be deterred by the pebble in your shoe and not move at all or reroute and march towards your goal. Nothing is weaker than water. Nothing stronger than rock. Still, a slow flow of water can cut through mountains. The distance between your dream and reality is called action. The strong man is the one who is able to intercept at will the communication between the senses and the mind. Hustle in the dark with a bright mind was the essence of his message to him, a crash course in the ART OF LIVING.
Kunal is right. Anybody whose life Abir touches is lucky. He pours love, light and wisdom into them. A single sunbeam that is Abir Rajvansh, is enough to drive away the dark shadows and we also know how Ajeeb Sunbeam Rajvansh can turn:
A Mess into a Message,
A Test into a Testimony,
A TRIal into a Triumph,
A VICtim into a Victory.
Abir and Mishti rise by lifting others. "AN AWAKE HEART IS LIKE A SKY THAT POURS LIGHT."
