Riddhima couldn't stay there even for a nano second. She felt suffocated in the presence of so many guests. Tears brimmed her doe shaped eyes and soon,she came out of the wedding hall and ran towards the beach.
As the cold water hit her legs,a chill ran through her spine and due to this,she closed her eyes. The flashes of the event were continuously coming infront of her eyes.
Her heart had immense pain as she couldnt see Vansh getting married to her best friend. She was in love with her best friend's fiance.
Soon,she felt someone's presence beside her. The perfume was very familiar to her and the aura of that person was such that she could recognise it from miles away. She smiled sadly and didnt want to open her eyes,as she didnt want to lose this moment.
"Vansh!!" She slowly muttered.
He closed his eyes as he heard his name being taken by her. It felt like music to his ears. He never felt this loved and wanted by anybody else. It had a different kind of feeling.
"Dil ne dil ko pukara..
Lo main aaya,milne dobara.."
Without looking at him,she said, "Laut jaaiye Vansh.. Bani aapka intezaar kar rahi hogi.. Aapka aise chale aana thik nahi hai.." Riddhima replied sadly.
"Interesting... Very interesting..." Vansh spoke in his natural tone,with a smirk.
"Jo mera hai,main usse apne se dur hone nahi deta.." Vansh said in an affirming tone,as he looked at her.
Riddhima smiled sadly. She turned to look at him,who was looking at her with an intense gaze.
She could read his eyes. It revealed his passion for her. He was a man who believed in talk less,work more. She could read his feelings he harboured for her through his eyes.
He was in love with her,his eyes said.
He observed her really carefully. He was obvious to the fact that she loved him a lot but was scared to admit it,because she cant betray her best friend and he might feel hurt.
He smiled inwardly at her loyalty,which made him fall in love with her,even more. Love and respect for her grew in manifolds.
When she couldn't feel his presence around her,she opened her eyes and searched for him,frantically. Tears formed in her eyes as she couldn't find him.
"Vanshhh!!!!" She screamed loudly and slumped down...
Her cries got louder!! She finally lost him!!! She lost a part of herself.
Suddenly,she felt his warm hands grabbing her shoulders,who helped her to stand up. She looked at him with tear stricken eyes. She smiled from her heart and closed her eyes to let the tears fall.
She held his hands tightly and placed a warm kiss on them,muttering promises not to leave him again.
"Mere toh saansein bhi bina mujhse puche mujhe chorke nahi jaa sakti,toh tumne yeh kaise maan liya ki main tumhe apne se alag hone dunga,Riddhu?" Vansh said with love,as he cupped her face.
Only he had the right to address her by her nickname,Riddhu. No one else gets to call her by this name.
"Aapse pyaar bohut pehle hi hogaya tha,par main aapke Daadi aur Sia ko dhokha nahi desakti thi!! Woh dono kitne khush thhe!!" Riddhima said.
"Aur meri khushi ka kya? Main bhi ek insaan hu.. Mujhe bhi apni liye khushi chahiye,mujhe bhi khush rehne ka haq hai.. Bani ko mere daulat aur shauhrat se pyaar thha.. Mere status,naam aur paiso se pyaar thha.. Par,tum hi woh pehli ladki ho jisne asli Vansh Rai Singhania se pyaar kiya hai.. Uss Vansh se jo pyaar keliye tarapta thha,jo chahta thha ki koi aaye aur uske saare dard ko mita de apne pyaar se!!" Vansh confessed,finally,letting his guard go.
"I am sorry,my love. I wont let you go anywhere..'' Riddhima kissed away those tears from his eyes and took him in a tight hug,letting him pour out all his pain and love.
"Main bhi tumhe apne aapse kabhi bhi dur nahi jaane dunga,Riddhu.. I love you!" Vansh confessed his feelings,and placed his cold lips on her warm rose like petals,for a kiss,full of love and passion.
"Manzil.. Pyaar tumhara,
Main hu saagar,tum ho kinaara.."
