Humare yahan toh raksha bandhan local holiday hota hai jo kabhi collector deta hai kabhi nahi.

Sad state.. Hope he is surrounded by better people now. 

My kids have holiday for Eid and not for Rakshabandhan.. Should I blame the people in power for that? And which people?
