Taapsee Pannu Demands CBI Inquiry in Sushant Singh Rajput’s Case, Shares Kangana Ranaut’s Statement on Jiah Khan’s Suicide, Asks For Her Logics That Changed

Taapsee Pannu vs Kangana Ranaut: The Manmarziyaan actor demanded a CBI inquiry in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case and questioned the Manikarnika actor how her stance changed on depression and suicide from Jiah Khan's case to Sushant's.

There is a lot happening in Bollywood after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. People are pointing fingers on actors for not mourning with a ‘proper’ Instagram/Twitter post because they see actors like Kangana Ranaut fighting hard. The Twitter war between Kangana Ranaut and Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker doesn’t seem an end after Kangana’s interview with Republic TV. One of the users, who seems to be a fan of Kangana criticised Taapsee for not seeking justice for Sushant Singh Rajput and mentioned that she is only acting defensively when the Manikarnika actor takes a dig at her. 

The user shared Taapsee’s tweet after Sushant’s demise and wrote “Tapsee ka condolence is post tak hi seemit tha! Whereas Kangana is fighting for Sushant, despite knowing the fact she’s gonna lose it all at the end!!  Tapsee tu sirf defensive act kar. U can’t do any good in life anyway! Rather than standing for justice, u r only saving ur ass.” 

The Manmarziyaan actor retweeted and asked for a CBI inquiry in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Not only this, but she also shared a screengrab of Kangana’s old interview in 2013 from the time of Jiah Khan’s demise and questioned how her stance changed on depression and suicide from then to Sushant’s untimely death. She wrote, “Get the inquiry started, request the police , CBI , FBI and every agency that can help unearth the truth. Also along side help us all unearth how the logic behind suicide, depression and the reason behind that changes when it’s Jia Khan to when it is SSR”. 

Looking at the tweet, the screengrab is from a report published in Indian Express where Kangana came out to defend Sooraj Pancholi when he was behind bars for allegedly abetting Jiah Khan’s suicide in 2013. Kangana had said, “Depression is a disease which should be treated like one. When a person chooses to take a step like that it is irrelevant what made them do it. Depression could be triggered by anything. You can’t blame anyone else for that state of mind.”

The social media war started after Kangana in an interview took a dig at fellow actors Taapsee and Swara and called them ‘B-grade actresses.’ The Manikarnika star alleged that these two actors want to be in the good books of the ‘Bollywood movie mafia’ and that’s the reason they don’t speak out against the industry people.

in her quest to demean Kangna......She is making fun of the demand for enquiry.......honestly till now i was neutral about her, but now i am disliking her.....

Yes, instead of tweeting why it is important. She supported the tweet highlighting Kangana's hypocrisy. Make a point about how so many outsiders have died mysteriously in Bollywood. And if we don't do something about it now. They will continue to get away with it. Whoever they are. Both in Sushant's case and Jiah's case there were other injuries that didn't just come from hanging. 

problem is that she is justifying her keeping quiet just cause its Kangna who is speaking up.........how does it matter who speaks up.........if you know the truth then you speak up, no ?

and please dont do whataboutery..........just cause people didnt speak up for Jian (sad and unfortunate) doesnt mean they dont have a right to talk now......

how about you take the stand for both Sushant and Jiah....... and the people who are being bothered by the power lobby.......

I was watching this debate on Aaj tak today and there were various people debating......one among them was Gajendra Chauhan who played Yudhistir in the older Mahabharata........he has been very active in the Film and tv industry association (forgot the actual name) for past 22 years and he said that almost all of the contracts drawn between actors and producers are heavily one-sided favoring the producers, the producers can terminate the contract whenever they want without giving any explanation etc......... and he said he tried a lot to make it more balanced......every AGM he used to bring it up but the producer's lobby never allowed it to happen.......

Ab yeh active actors agar bolenge nahi toh baat aage kaise aayegi......phir Kangna jaise logon ka screaming sunnana hi padega.....

That's how eventually people will start reacting.. the constant attacks will bring such reactions.. no one is gonna listen to gaaliyan continuously with no reaction..

Though I to not agree with Kangana using Sushant’s name for her own benefit

Taapsee should realise people’s perspective on suicide and mental health may change. 

Kangana, Tapsee, Swara...irrespective of all thats happening, they lack empathy.

Do they not realise,  in the midst of all this drama, a very real person is actually no more?

She is saying it mockingly , she made fun of it weeks before too by asking to cbi,fbi anology.

She should be ignored like her films.
