Maybe it's a setting, check with the DTs (?) na. They should be able to change it. Since you don't get it for Shah AT, and you were just recently added as mod for this AT maybe they didn't change the notification setting for you.

Yes Chandu. It was png instead of jpg and that's why it didn't show up.
