Easiest if you have the right products. A good eyeshadow primer is a must which I think most people forget. I use the milani and two faced one. Totally recommended. The trick is to use a very dark liner ( gel based is better) and a creamier shadow and smudge and blend. You need a good brush- that's the most important. My go-to is to sigma e21. After your done with top part, gel line lower half as well and whatever cream shadow remains on the eyeshadow brush from before, use it slightly on the lower lash line. Just a little or you'll end with dark circles like mess  

Don't use too much creamy shadow or it would start creasing soon. Done!
