Beyhadh 2 OS- The Start, the End and the Everything in Between

Maya smirked as she watched blood splutter out of the back of Jogi’s head. He was administered with a poison that would stop his heartbeat, but Maya had insisted on seeing him bleed, so Vikram had pushed him and hit his head on the table, something that might have happened when Jogi had a “heart attack”, lost his footing and fell on the table and lost blood, accelerating his death.

She shut down her laptop as she heard a rustle behind her. She turned to look at Aamir, a gun in his hand.

“Well, well, look who we have here, Manvi Singh,” He raised the gun to his shoulder level, pointing it to her. She stood up from the couch and staggered a few steps.

“Where is he?” He questioned, walking closer to her. “Where is he?!” He yelled at her and loaded the gun.

Maya looked at the ground and seeing this, Aamir lost his strength and fell to the ground. Tears that had pooled in his eyes slowly escaped.

“I cremated him,” He looked at her, suddenly anger rising in his eyes.

“Did you even know how he wished to end it? Did you even know, or care, what Rajeev wanted?”

Maya lost her ounce of self-control as the loss of her mother and brother sank int her again, for the nth time cried as she held the shoulder of the older man, crying for the long-gone man they both looked at as a brother, a friend, the only light in their dark existence.

Manvi clutched on to her womb as she struggled to walk. She looked up and the blinding headlight hit her eyes and started causing her a headache, she didn’t realize where she walking and before she could figure out what happened next, she lost her footing and fell to the ground, closing her eyes, welcoming death.

A 19-year-old Rajeev staggered out of the car, lifted the petite girl in his arms, helped her in the car, and rushed her to the hospital. She had no identification on her and something told Rajeev that she wasn’t in a good place as she looked at her pale, tear-stained face. She was, unconsciously, clutching to her stomach as the nurses and ward boy pushed the stretcher to the emergency room.

He tapped the pen on the board holding the form, not sure what to write there. He looked at the tv screen and the name Janvi flashed on it, to introduce a popular actress. He penned it and hoped that that would suffice. He filled the rest of the form, uncertainly and handed it to the nurse who assumed that Rajeev was all jittery because of the accident.

“You haven’t written her blood group,”

“I don’t know,” She tutted. Many patients ended up at the hospital, either unsure of their blood group or completely unaware.

Ten days passed on with many tests and treatments. Rajeev visited the hospital and paid the bills religiously. He still thought the damage was because of the accident, until the tenth day when the doctor reassured him that was not the case. But still, he decided to stay on, till she recovered.

“Are you sure?” Aamir whispered hastily on the phone, looking around to make sure that no one was in the hearing shot.

“Positive boss, the girl is in the city hospital. She had managed to pull herself out of the pond but walked in front of the car and the driver got her to the hospital.”

“You will get enough money to shut up about it,” He disconnected the call, texted MJ that he had some unfinished business to attend to and left for the hospital.

“In a few days, she can be discharged. She keeps drifting in and out of consciousness, which happens with patients of trauma, but we are monitoring her, and her vitals are pretty good.” The doctor smiled at the two men. Rajeev nodded happily, while Aamir stared at the sleeping Manvi grimly.

“Is there a problem? I thought you’d be happy to know that your sister is finally getting better?” Rajeev raised an eyebrow at him. Aamir had lied to him, who had bought it easily. Aamir looked at the doctor who nodded and left the room.

“Do you know Mritunjay Roy?”

“Who doesn’t? Wasn’t he in the news a few days ago because a woman claimed to be pregnant with his illegitimate child?”

Rajeev’s eyes went wide as he processed his statement and then looked at Manvi. Aamir hung his head in shame.

“We need the forensics doctor,” Rajeev punched his shoulder in excitement after a few seconds and dashed out of the room, leaving behind Aamir, shocked to his core.

Sudhir was bored out of his head as she nursed his third glass of whiskey. Having a pestering wife was annoying, but more annoying was watching your best friend get laid after a scandal that ended some ten days ago, while you just stand around, cleaning his mess.

“What is it?” He drawled lazily to inspector Naik on the call, who told him the news that made him spring out of his chair, pick his car keys and run out of the MJ Mansion.

“Sir, the woman is in her early twenties and died of drowning. She might have suffered a miscarriage and has serious injuries on her abdomen. Because she was thrown from her height in the pond that has sharp stones on the bed, her face has been completely disfigured,” The forensic doctor told the businessman and the inspector as they looked at the body from afar, not wanting to approach the body for its stink and overall disturbing look.

Sudhir had a hard time hiding his glee. He couldn’t risk a further forensic test as it would increase the already suspicious doctor’s suspicions, but this much enough. He handed Naik the cash he had promised once they were out of the hospital and in turn, was paid enough amount by MJ to start his business in London, where Ananya was currently studying.a

Here, Rajeev gave the doctor a huge bundle of notes and shook hands with him. Aamir hadn’t told him the whole truth as of yet, because he couldn’t face the guilt and shame that came along with him, but Rajeev being the sensible guy that he was, never asked. They decided that Sudhir was the perfect scapegoat for confirming about Manvi’s “death” as any revelation in the future would throw him under the bus and not Aamir.

In the next few years, Manvi took on the name Maya and decided she wanted revenge. Rajeev, thought the scion of the Delhi based Chandras, was thrown out of the family for coming out as gay but had inherited his uncle’s vast wealth, using which, he had planted the first attack on MJ Industry. Aamir had refused to part of the revenge, mainly because his debt to MJ for saving his life from an accident eight years ago still weighed on his consciousness, and also because knowing any part of the revenge put him and in hindsight Rajeev and Maya at risk. But he was not to interfere with any sort of destruction, and Aamir could sense danger before it hit the MJ industry.

MJ, in turn, ruined Rajeev, or he thought so, by ruining his family’s business. But when all this was happening, Aamir opened up to Rajeev about his nightmares, in which Manvi’s haunting tortures played out in a loop. The younger man, too wise for his age, didn’t provide any sympathy or ask him to move on, but drank his drink silently. That silence was what Aamir needed to step out of his guilt.

After that drink’s night, he sort of looked out for Rajeev, who was way too loyal to Maya, a loyalty that Aamir feared, because he had seen it once and saw the destruction it had caused, but unlike him, Rajeev questioned Maya, tried to make her see reason when she went overboard. He anchored her when her God complex took over her but slowly started failing at it and let it pass, owing to her past.

Aamir couldn’t believe as he helped MJ lit Rishi’s pry and dashed in Maya’s house, to confront her for killing an unsuspecting boy, but was somewhat pleased as he watched Rajeev do it because he knew he had no right to do so after what they had done to her baby. He watched from the side-lines as she eliminated Diya and Antara, though Antara’s defamation somewhat made him feel bad for the woman who had already lost so much, but knew she deserved it. And then, on Holi, he tried to stop MJ as he dashed out of the house with a loaded gun and when he returned, he told him that Maya was missing and ordered him to find her.

Rudra said about visiting Maya’s alone and meeting some Vikram Jaisingh there, but he couldn’t quite remember where he had heard the name before. Rajeev, after four days, texted him that he had found Maya and when there was no message or call from him and his number tracked back to Maya’s house, he came with Rudra, hoping to find him, but had instruction from MJ to not let Rudra find Maya and so deviated him when they got the message requesting help.

His intel told him that Jogi was being followed by a few men who could be traced back to Vikram Jaisingh, a former forensic doctor at the City Hospital, making him rush to Maya’s house and witness Jogi’s death with her and also get the confirmation of the deaths of Rajeev and Nandini.

“I know, now only MJ remains because Sudhir is two stock market crashes away from losing his business, and I will not help you destroy him, because you have destroyed enough, especially Rudra, so, do as you please Maya, have a good life,” He sighed as the video showed nothing but a dead Jogi sprawled on the ground, the carpet soaking his blood.

He walked away from all the blood and destruction MJ had called upon himself and was present to watch as MJ shot himself in the head after being disowned by his son, who went to his grandmother, leaving behind a grieving mother and a fallen empire. The news of the death of Vikram came to him in a few days, who had died of a “heart attack”.  Having no financial backing from a fallen MJ group of companies, Sudhir lost his business, and his wife, tired of living with a spineless man, took her daughter and left him, taking away her share of money and wealth, thereby leaving Sudhir to die on the streets. He wasn’t sure what happened to Maya, or Rudra after that, but he hoped all was good for Rudra and prayed to Allah to give the poor boy some peace as he jumped into the running water below the bridge.

Sorry for the huge ass OS but I think this is how the story took place for me. Vikram came in between because he taking Manvi to hospital and marrying her makes zero sense with the plot.

This is mostly through Aamir's pov becuase he and Rajeev are the most human characters in the show while rest are just stereotypes.

Do tell me if my writing for 2 hours with countless breaks (where my bestie called and we bit*hed about everything and everyone) is worth your time.

Also, let me know of any bloopers, lol😆
