Malhar got discharged from the hospital.But Kalyani started staying there to look after Malhar.
She stood by him always.She looked at him emotionally when he was sleeping.


Slowly he opened his eyes.
He was stunned to see Kalyani near him.
Malhar:Kalyani..you did'nt sleep yet?
Kalyani:No.
Malhar:Why?
She was silent.She lowered her eye lashes.

Malhar held her hand:I know.You are scared to leave me even for a second.Right?

Kalyani was silent.
Malhar:Why are you doing this Kalyani?First of all you shifted to this house just to look after me.You are a doctor.Be practical.I won't survive for long.

Kalyani took Malhar to hospital for some tests.
There she happened to see somebody being brought to hospital after an accident.Seeing him she was shattered.It was Arnav.
Kalyani cried:ASR!
Malhar held her hand:Kalyani...What happened?

Kalyani:Malhar...ASR....he met with an accident.
Malhar was shocked.
Malhar cupped her face in his hands:Kalyani..control yourself.Nothing will happen to your best friend ASR.

Kalyani was so weak that Malhar embraced her to console her.

Kalyani ran towards Arnav and cried.Seeing is condition she knew that he was not going to survive.Se cried bitterly.Suddenly she remembered Arnav deciding to donate his heart.She remembered Arnav hinting that his heart can be alive on Malhar.
Kalyani:I won't let you go away like that ASR.You will live near me...in my Malhar's body.

Finally Kalyani did Malhar's heart transplantation with Arnav's heart.
The surgery was successful.
Malhar regained his consciousness.
Kalyani said tearfully:You are perfectly alright Malhar.
Gunjan and Malhar smiled with tears in their eyes.
Kalyani embraced him crying.
