Intro
Moksh Rane, the smart and cute son of ACP Malhar Rane and soon to graduate Kalyani Rane was now 1.5 years old. He had a lot of inquisitiveness, a need to explore the things around him, run here and there, climb up on higher surfaces, play with toys and whatever else he can get hold of within his reach.
He was not going to sit around doing nothing while his parents had fun exploring themselves 😈😈. He had started feeling ignored of late and he was also going to have some fun too to divert their attention towards him from time to time.
Wasn't it the duty of his parents to give him some time too? After all he was growing too. How long did he just have to eat khichdi, he wanted to explore different foods. Hmm!!! he would have to do something about this situation.
Episode 1
It was a Sunday. Kalyani was busy in the kitchen preparing Malhar's favourite dish for lunch. As they were living alone now, she had gotten up late and was taking it easy.
Malhar was reading the newspaper in the hall and Moksh was playing with his toys. Kalyani was going about her other chores side by side. She needed to complete everything and sit down with her assignments. She was annoyed to see Malhar relaxing when she had so much to do.
"Malharji aap thoda meri help kar denge toh mera kaam jaldi khatam hoga aur main apne assignments par concentrate kar sakthi hun. Sab incomplete hai aaj pura karna hoga. Kal submission ka last date hai."
"Haan Kalyani main help karta hun." he got up and towards the kitchen.
"Are yeh main dekh leti hun, aap zara mopping kar dijiye aaj bai ka chutti hai."
Malhar agreed but not before giving a sound kiss on her lips. "College ke Assignments sab jaldi khatam kar lena uske baad main bhi tumhe assignment doonga", he whispered in her ears
Kalyani opened the first few buttons of his shirt and trailed kisses all over his neck and chest, "Aap jaldi se meri help kijiye, lunch ke baad Pillu ko sula dijiye" she whispered huskily.
There they go again, ignoring Moksh Rane.
Malhar sighed and picked up the pail of soapy water and the mop and began the job. Kalyani went in for a bath.
Moksh was tired of playing with the boring toys. He left them about in the hall and wandered into the bedroom. He looked around to see if he could find something interesting.
Meanwhile, Malhar had put away the toys in the hall and was mopping the hall. As he proceeded to the bedroom, what he saw there made him gasp.
He saw that Kalyani's cupboard was open, all her clothes lying strewn about the whole room and Moksh was waving Kalyani's bra like a flag.
He caught hold of his son "Moksh ye kya kiya tune, Aai dekhegi na toh hum donon ki pitayi hogi..kuch aur nahi mila khelne keliye?"
He quickly picked up all the clothes lying around and dumped them on the bed. He looked around to see Moksh was nowhere in the room.
He quickly ran in search of his son but was too late. Moksh was hovering near the pail of soapy water.
"Moksh nahi beta… ..hat jao. pani gandha hai" Malhar tried to divert his son with words while moving towards him but baby Rane was too quick for him and he had toppled the whole pail of water to the floor.
Malhar slipped on the soapy water and fell down with a thud. "Aahh!!!" he shouted in pain.
Kalyani who had just come out of the bathroom saw the condition of the hall and Malharji lying on the floor while their darling son was playing happily in the soapy water.
"Oh god!!! " She groaned and began clearing the water. She helped Malhar to get up and made him sit down on the chair. He was feeling lot of pain as he had sprained his hip.
She picked up Pillu and took him for a change of clothes. That's when she saw all her clothes lying on the bed.
She marched right out and asked him, "Malharji, kya hai ye, aap thodi der Pillu ka dhyan nahi rak sakthe? Mere sare kapde bahar pade hain."
"Kalyani please baadme daantna, Abhi thoda help kardo. Main zara bed pe let jaata hun..thoda Volini spray laga do… bohot dard ho ra hai." he requested.
She felt bad and helped him to the bed, removed his shirt and asked him to lie down flat on his stomach. She then sprayed the muscle relaxant.
She left him there and gave Pillu a bath and fed him. She then set about the next task of putting back all her clothes. Finally, the house looked better and she was exhausted.
It was almost evening when they had lunch. Malhar's muscle cramp had still not recovered but he offered to take care of dinner and Moksh while she got her assignments done.
"Ek help toh bohot ache se kar diya aapne.. ab dusra help? Nahi nahi main khud dekh leti hun, aap sirf Pillu ko sambaliye. Woh ache se kijiye without any more damages for today."
"Lekin tumhara college assignment….?"
"Haan woh main raat bar baitkar pura kar lungi, isliye Aaj aapkawala assignment cancelled. Jayiye ab yahan se."
Malhar glared at his son who was giving all innocent smiles at him mumbling in his language.
