neha sings in nose and sometimes sounds manly voice 

lata and asha had more feminine voice like shreya ghosal

todays hindi songs not worth giving any awards forget national awards

if shes got an award it has no relevance, ppl do not remember awards they remember melody 

will people listen to her songs 30-50 years from now? 

will people remember her songs 20-30 years hence? 

only melody sustains so 50-70s songs and 90s songs will sustain test of times (not all only good ones)
