Guesses - I think Pauolo is Palassh who was Nats friend in London whom she paid to put nimmo in jail and deceive her.
Questions - Where is KB? Is she dead? Palasssh has kept her trapped?

I agree with you, I think Paulo is actually Palaash and he is not a model, just Nats partner in crime paid to keep Nimmo out of Kunal's life. As for KB, I think she is still alive but being held hostage by Palaash and his mistress.
