depends on the theme- Rekha one was more of a muslim-lakhnavi style of kathak. while Madhuri one is Hindu Gharana. so, theme, dance style, expressions are different.
also, if i remember the story correctly, that song was Umrao's first performance- so you can sense that in her dance. slowly starting and then going to the peak.
while, Chandramukhi one was more of a prime and established dancer's performance. so all that naughty and playful things in her dance.
