At a recent press conference, she said, "We wanted to protect the sanctity of our message and not do any marketing gimmicks like shoot a promotional song just to get more conversions and more eyeballs. We felt this would be counterproductive to what we wanted to achieve. When at one hand we are trying to deliver a powerful message, we couldn't have recorded and shot a music video because that would have diluted the intent of the film."

Only these low IQ dimwits think music will make a cause superficial, when in fact music, like cinema, is just a medium to create awareness and increase reach.

Just because you have used songs in the past for entertainment doesn't mean you cannot use them for anything else.

Why have you used background music and makeup in the film then? Are you going to donate the film's profits for any NGOs that work for rape victims? No, right? Then why this holier than thou attitude, Rani? Silly AF.
