Were they ever dating and she broke it off? Why?

I don't think I am able to understand their dynamics yet. What is the anger all about? What kind of ' best friends' are they? If there is love hidden somewhere, some romantic liasion in the past between the two, it is all so bitter right now. Arnav is coming across as more of a cold hearted snob to his (ex) best friend, specially when he has just slept with her. You don't do that to a girl you care about.

What had happened?? There is only anger between them.

Arnav and Khushi are outright toxic to each other and bring out the worst in each other. For her own sake, Khushi needs to have some therapy sessions to get over Arnav if she by herself cannot stop going to him and getting hurt.

Both Arnav n khushi are unable to maintain a reasonable bond between them they were best friends or friends with benefits that part I don’t understand one time they slept together n the minute they woke up started their fight it seems Khushi always wanted more than a friendship from Arnav but he didn’t reciprocate her feelings.
