Sweater Weather
Dashing into the room, Babita threw her purse onto the bed and excitedly peered into the brown papered bags she brought with her. She took out the thick sweaters with delicate fingers and ran her hand over them.
She had gone to the mall with the intention of buying something for herself, but once her eyes had landed on the sweaters on display, she couldn't help but walk into the store and buy them at once. Amazement with a tinge of pride coursed through her over the fact that she had only stopped at getting three. The way her eyes had been hopping around all the clothes in the store, she was certain she would have ended up spending all her money there.
Still, she was mighty happy with what she had brought home. Winter was fast approaching and she had noticed how Hanuman was lacking proper warm clothes to wear.
Hearing the front door open, Babita dropped the sweater and hurried out to see Hanuman walk in. With his usual charm, he removed his sunglasses, and his face split into a wide grin. Running up to him, she looped her arms around his neck and greeted him with a deep kiss. His arms automatically came to rest around her waist while hers continued to lightly scratch at the hairs on the back of his neck, just the way he liked it.
She lazily broke off from him, not really wanting to let go.
"Ke baat hai? Aaj itna pyaar aara hai?" He asked, rubbing his nose with hers.
Babita giggled, thinking how he didn't even know the half of it. She leaned in for another kiss while Hanuman led them towards their bedroom, not once breaking off from her.
"Thoda sa dheeraj rakho." Hanuman spoke when he got a chance to breathe. "Veer Balika dekhe gi toh ke sochi gi?"
"Soche gi tab na jab woh ghar par hogi." Babita answered in between kisses and worked on opening the buttons to his uniform. "Jaldi se yeh utharo." She instructed while tugging his shirt out of his pants.
Hanuman's eyes widened but couldn't hide the mischievous glint to them. He worked on removing his belt while Babita grabbed for the sweater. Placing his belt on the bed, he looked at what Babita was showing him.
"Yeh ke hai? Aap toh khud ki shopping karne jaa ri tha na?"
Babita answered, placing the sweater right over his chest. "Haan par mujhe yeh acha laga toh meine utha liya. Aap pehan kar dekhiye na. Kaisa hai?"
"Aap lekar aayi ho toh acha hi hoga." Hanuman said, opening the buttons around his wrist.
"Acha hai yeh mujhe bhi pata hai. Par size ka bhi toh pata chal jaaye. Fit hai ke nayi." Babita glanced at the sweater once more while Hanuman removed his shirt and placed it on the bed.
Taking the sweater from her, he put it on while Babita waited eagerly. Her eyes widened when she saw how neatly it hugged Hanuman's body. His biceps were definitely noticeable and his chest looked completely buffed out. Not able to stop herself, she stepped forward and ran her hand over his chest, simply admiring the way his body felt underneath the material.
"Ib pata chala ki shopping actual mein toh aap hi ki hui hai."
"Mujhe ni pata ki aap kya keh re hai." Babita tried to throw off but Hanuman held her by the waist.
"Acha? Aap ko nayi pata?" He asked teasingly, leaning in closer to her. When she shook her head, he asked again, "Nayi pata?"
Looking away, Babita laughed while he planted kisses on her cheek. Falling back down onto the bed, Babita kept a hand on his cheek and gazed up into his eyes. Hanuman was always hot to the touch but today he was warmer than usual. She ran her hands up his arms, feeling the taut muscles that resided underneath. She smiled thinking how all this was hers. His smile, his laughter, his love, his warmth - everything.
Continuing to slide her hands towards the back of his head, she pulled him in for another deep kiss.
