MOM - Question

Hi all... I watched MOM and absolutely loved it... I have a question though, I couldnt figure out what character was Mona Ambegaonkar playing... Like whenever they said "Dilli", it meant it was her... But which politician was she? While PM Modi was obvious by the looks at the end, I couldnt guess who this woman was? And who was her subordinate who was always helpful towards ISA...

Maybe if u replied in MOM's discussion thread, U would get an answer. I myself watched M.O.M  but i don't know what Dilli u r talking about
