just avoid fried food,
if you want u can opt for home made stir noodles with tons of veggies that shall do the trick for a great snack
brown bread sandwich with lots of salad and peanut butter
cheese is also a great option, prepare something out of it, a sandwich
brown rice biryani - but don't fry it too much...
that's for the birthday fun, if u r more calorie-conscious u can go for apples, other veggies whateva that suits your requirement
