Although, I feel the case will go nowhere. Both sides will threaten each other and in the end finally negotiate. Just what Kangana's lawyer tried to do in the beginning, Aditya will have to succumb, he doesn't have the best reputation.
Sorry NO it is not the same. It may go nowhere as you term it, due to corruption in the Indian legal system, BUT it is not a matter of who is a better human or who is personally more evil. It is not illegal to BE evil, it is illegal to cause harm to someone regardless of the fact that they are kind or evil and "deserve" it. That is not how law works, or it should not. The fact that Kangana had a very public affair with this man should be considered, she claims she was a minor, but she then lied to everyone including him to claim she was of age in order to work. The only rape that could be alleged in the case of a minor who is having a relationship with an adult is statutory rape, and her parents or guardians file the case. Apparently they did not, they approved of her relationship with him, thereby giving consent, in India that counts. In fact her sister benefited from kanganas relationship with Pancholi as he is said to have financed or provided money for her myriad surgeries and her care as well as kanganas living expenses. The age has yet to be proven, because there are at least 3 dates floating around as she has lied about it, no big deal with that, she can claim to be a young girl for ever, to some people she looks to be in her mid to late 30s. If she was a minor then her parents should have been legally bound and charged for child neglect.
So you see it is not so cut and dry,
1.kangana is claiming "rape" many years after the fact, when in the past she said something else.
2. She cannot claim she did not speak before because of fear or being powerless, because according to her she has been "an intellectually brilliant almost doctor, who took a two month course in the USA, mega superstar-badass-wonder woman-who speaks her mind" for a long time now. So there is no fear of a powerful man restraining her rights.
3. She claims to be "ultra mega rich-highest paid female actor in India", so financially she has no boundaries either against Pancholi.
4. Pancholi may be a walking scum bucket, but she bedded him, took his money and paraded in public with him, (no one saw him holding a gun to her head), he was good enough to f... then, and to supply funds and introductions. Plus Pancholi did not lie, he never denied having the affair, nor any of the sordid details. He claims he was separated from his wife at the time of his affair with kangana, and the law does not or should not interfere in what two consenting adults, do in private.
5. While Pancholi may deserve someone like kangana, his family however was innocent or not responsible and should not have been dragged into the matter, kangana and her sister, trashed and literally harassed and publicly humiliated his wife, his daughter, his son, they dragged their maid, their neighbors and everyone else they could think of into the issue. It is the first time I hear of a mistress, talking trash about the cheated spouse simply because the woman was kind to her and offered her fish and rice, when she was not aware that said mistress was sleeping with her husband. That is cynicism personified.
6. That is the crux of the matter, not only did kangana try to use and destroy Pancholi, years after the fact, using him for cheap publicity, but she went in for the kill and also tried to destroy his family, that alone is grounds for indictment. kangana and rangoli should be happy someone like me is not who they harassed or forever more they, their children, their children's children and so on would get no peace.
7. Mrs. Pancholi should sue her for exactly 28cr ( or double whatever figure kangana is claiming as her highest paid stunt).
8. Pancholi has the tape, of her lawyer trying to extort him for exactly the rape lie, and Pancholi did file a FIR against kangana. Something that apparently she failed to do, way back when she was a nubile rapee, but she did lie to the media about it to gain publicity and for the hell of it, no matter that she was humiliating innocent people.
9. That she defamed him and his family is (defacto) truth even if he did rape her, his family had nothing to do with it, and they should be compensated, IF the rule of law is followed.
10. I will be happy if Mrs. Pancholi is awarded a nice hefty amount, GOD bless her, she has put up with enough.
