If lead actress don't wana play the role of mothers why show it??

This whole pregnancy track has been so stupid and annoying. It's clear the only reason why Kairas baby died was cuz Shivangi prob didn't wana play the role of a mom. And she shouldn't ,she is so young. They could have shown so many other tracks but this was the one of the worst tracks ever in the show.

Yes it's understandable as Shivangi is just 20,but the fault is of CVS that they don't ask leads. ..also leads should clarify it in primary stage. This seriously was the worst track, if Shivangi didn't want to be mom

They get paid for each episode so the more episodes the more money.

Going by what I read, Shivangi and Mohsin didn't have a reservation about playing parents on-screen. Technically they are still doing so because they are shown with Keerti's baby.
Also the track seems pre-planned from the beginning. The leap, the accident dreams, everything. The scenes of Naira planning Keerti's birthday while the rest were trying to hide about her accident were shot during Zeba's wedding, so almost three weeks ago. So you can guess from how long before the track and scenes have been planned out.
