Asfi loving Faryal was definitely childhood crush. They are supposed to be very young when Danyal got married.. isn't it ? Asfi probably was like 18 or 19 and Fariyal was probably couple years younger to him.

@Kavi: True, the way Zubia's dad opened up with Zubia he could have opened up with Rehan as well. He feared Rehan wouldn't take care of Zubia after him. But, Rehan was behaving really badly after the mistake Zubia made. The dad did ask Rehan to forgive her but Rehan was angry and never wanted to forgive her. I guess the dad just left that he couldn't bring a change in Rehan, hence went for dividing the property.

I somehow didn't understand why the drama in Khalla's house was needed. I think the drama didn't have any impact on the storyline. They had shown enough how Zubia's one mistake made her have a bad image in the entire family, Sheema had done enough damage already. Sheema throwing her out of the house, Zubua could have landed in the Valley itself or maybe khalla could have stayed in the Valley. Not sure why this Peshawar was needed.

Zubia and her confidence with maturity in the Valley/Peshawar was a treat to watch after so mcuh of her bad phase. All the bad circumstances made her grow up. The growing up from being a caged person to the independent woman was 👍🏼

Asfi starting at her in the birthday party was ❤️ So, his mentor was the first one to observe him softening towards Zubia. What did he say after the camp that in the mountains a mountain was softening😆 - something on those lines and Asfi didn't understand 😆

Asfi toh is pretty straightforward - Tum saath hogi toh meri aur meri family ki saari uljane sulajayegi😳.. Dropping her off and he comes up with - I wish the road never ends 😆 I was literally like Omg at these lines..

The scene where she wants to leave from his house seeing Faryal and Asfi come together and he totally understands it. He runs behind her and she doesn't respond. He is irritated that she didn't respond, she says she didn't hear and he retorts toh ooncha sunayi deta hai ? And she says Maybe .. 😆

Another scene I loved between them was - She is coming back after finishing her school and he spots while driving. He stops and asks her to come along and she doesn't want to. He point blank asks her why is she angry with him and it it because of Faryal, she doesn't respond and Asfi has a smile on his face 😳

Lubna was awesome the way she treated Faryal and was desperate to get Zubia in the house for tea when Faryal was there to make a point to Faryal ❤️. Loved what she says to Usman, she can forgive everything but can never forgive the people who hurt her children... 👍🏼

Wow Nivi...you already thru half the series!!

One of my favorite favorite scene in the series...is Daniyal's interaction with Gaiti and Asfy in the morning of his death! He feels so helpless...that's when I realized that they are gonna kill Daniyal!😭...I think, Usman was very much hung up with his image and status and society...he thinks if he doesnt back Daniyal, Daniyal would just back out from the case...he never realized how much Daniyal got involved into the case..

Faryal and Asfy's relation from the start wasnt meant to be...the way it was shown, I felt it was nothing more than a childhood crush which got accepted by the parents...the first time I think Asfy really understood Faryal was after the waiter spills a drink on her purse and her reaction towards the waiter and what she says after the fiasco!

Completely agree on Zubia's dad's realization was perfect!! I havent seen anything like that on TV so far...all his interactions with Zubia after that were his path to redemption...i felt he was dying every second Zubia was taking care of him...

Good going Nivi...the best parts are yet to come...

I loved the last scene of Daniyal with Gaiti and Asfi as well. The slow motion walk of Danyal after meeting Asfi, I thought it probably is the end of Danyal. He wasn't helpless, he was very sure of what he wanted to do. Helpless were Gaiti and ASfi unable to stop Danyal from his goal.

Gaiti crying on her last behavior with Danyal was just heartbreaking 😭 This kind of thing happens in real life. After a closed one passes away we tend to think of what we could have done better when the person was alive 😭

@bold: Him comparing this fiasco with the behavior of Zubia towards a similar situation was the turning point for Asfi towards Zubia ❤️

More than anything, I wanted these three scenes in the ending and I feel it was absolutely needed and very unfortunate that it was left out.

1. Zubia's family:

I wanted Rehan to have realised why Zubia thought of dating a guy secretly and why she agreed for this "Khufia Nikah" with him.

She was just 17 years old. Her mother, who was her only pillar of strength had just been killed by her father. Her brother was obviously a weak person who mostly agreed to what his wife said.

Zubia was extremely lonely and vulnerable. And in such a situation, this guy comes proposing love and Happily Ever After and she believed him innocently.

If Rehan had provided her the blanket of affection and security after their mother died, she would have confided in him about this guy and the series of unfortunate incidents would not have happened in the first place.

I wish Khala Ammi had told him this and as a viewer I wanted to see how Rehan would have reacted to this bitter truth.
