It is clearly shown that Zoya is angry because Aditya broke her trust. It is not because he confessed his love for her... When he said he wanted to tell this for sometime Zoya immediately asks as to why he did not tell that time? We were meeting every day...so if he had confessed before she would have thought about it...
Now she is totally hurt... She defended in front of everyone... She wanted to prove everyone wrong but instead she is proven wrong by everyone... She couldn't take the trust that she had on Aditya is shattered because of a new man Arshad...
She knows Aditya can't harm anyone, if Anjana did not interfere that day the situation would have been totally different... She is more angry because the truth has come from someone else than Aditya himself...
She is the one who spread the false rumour of disappearing hooda's... That's not a small thing . Its a crime... And such Zoya would definitely not take this prank call seriously if Aditya had told her... It's that feel that she knows the best about Aditya is broken now... .Kind a shows her possessiveness on him...
All these shows she loves him immensely but unable to get a clarity... If she did not then she would have bashed Aditya for his love confession when she considers him only a friend and nothing beyond...
