Even when I do t.. I am like lying on bed for 2 hours.. trying to imagine something to sleep.. did like imagined everything but still cant sleep :( phone helps one to sleep. Atleast me.

Usually people are surfing on internet or doing something. It takes longer to sleep like that and not a quality sleep either 😆
