My take - Its Meera alone. She just went with the flow to stop divorce proceedings as of now!!

She is not preggy

I meant, nbdy is there in the plan...except Meera!! she alone decided to go with the flow when beeji n dollyji misunderstood!!

hw she managed the doc , i am not sure...may be some emotional blackmail

My thoughts are all here : Mind Games...

Vivaan could have planned the divorce drama to trap SM, then Meera used the pregnancy misunderstanding to stop the divorce and she wants to save VivaMaya...
