There is vast difference between arrested and summon.

Arrested means he is arrested and police is going to court. Summon means station me paise dekar niptara ho jaega.

I know that but not all of them getting arrested ...he must have done something wrong to get arrested .

Anyways rich or famous i don't agree with betting as it also destroys people's lives .
