Got drunk. Woke up in a different room

My friends and I decided to go bar hopping last night. We met a lot of American guys in the fifth bar we went to. They say they're part of the social dating tours made happened in our city. We drank with them, had fun and talked a lot. After taking a few bottles of beer, I got drunk. The next thing I knew, I passed out. But here's the problem, I woke up in a different room, in a very unfamiliar room. While still trying to figure out what happened the night before that, a man came out from the bathroom. I asked him what happened, what am I doing in his room. He told me nothing happened, that he was just being a good samaritan that night since my friends left me in the bar. But still, I'm worried I did something very weird. Oh gosh! What should I do?
