Monster Manik FF

An old stone castle sat at the top of a lonely hill in the darkened woods.
No-one ever entered the woods, no-one ever would.

A bolt of lightening coloured the dark misty sky with the brightest silver.
A cold small hand gripped tightly to the trunk of the tree, her legs wrapped around it tightly trying to hold on in the storm

She never should have came in the woods, she was warned but never listened.
The rain drenched her hair and clothes, her damp hair covered her face as she trembled, trying to pull her dark purple raincoat around her body

She froze, her heart dropping as she heard a growl from above her, she clenched her eyes shut tightly and gripped onto the trunk, the bark off the tree cutting into her hand
A warm hand gripped her upper arm tightly and she was yanked up, her jar of fireflies rolling down the hill

"No" she screamed, trying to grab it, she was pulled back even more, she stiffened, the man's growl making her back vibrate
She turned around slowly, wiping away the hair from her face when the thunder clapped loudly

Without hesitating she yelped and wrapped her arms around his waist, gripping his hoodie as she shook with fear.
He looked down at the small, cold body pressed up against him and shoved her back, gripped her wrist in a tight hold and dragged her towards the castle

He pushed open the door and dragged her through the hallway "Hey, what are you"
He turned around, his face still covered with his hood and brought a finger to her lips
She gulped and nodded, allowing him to carry on dragging her through the castle

The walls were decorated with old paintings that were starting to lose their colour, the whole castle was drenched in darkness, although a huge place it made her feel suffocated

Spinning her around quickly she was thrown into a dark room, he let go of her wrist as she dropped to the floor and with a bang the door was slammed
She jumped up quickly and slammed her hands against the door

"Wait, wait please open the door" she begged, her eyes burning with tears
The man looked back at the now locked door, shook his head then stormed up the stairs

She slid down the door, bringing her knees to her chest, she bit down on her bottom lip to muffle her sobs
The large lightening bolt that struck a tree made her scream loudly, she gripped the wall and tried to calm her rapid breathing

The man stood infront of the mirror, slamming his hand against the lightswitch
He pulled his hood down, his eyes as dark as the stormy sky, he pushed a hand across the scar across his right cheek, then slammed his hand into the mirror, smashing it into pieces

The light from the moon lit up an object on the floor, the woman crawled across the floor to it and flipped it open, holding the photo album up to the light, she pushed her hand across the dust, she looked back down at it and gasped, dropping it to the floor, it smashed to pieces

Monster Manik lived in the castle.
