Scene 1
Zara comes to interview. She sees Kabir there, Kabir says why you are here? Zara says your school needs educated teacher so I am here. Kabir says you think we would want kids to go to wrong path by hiring you? Zara says your kids are on dangerous path as you are with them, she turns to leave but Kabir says what you mean? Zara says you are vice president of Sharia board? He says yes, he asks did you forget your burqa again? she says I believe in eyes shame. He asks why did you wear burqa that day? she says to show to my mom, I dont want to discuss my personal life here. Kabir says I understand your talk but this is about building kids' future so we cant hire people with thoughts like that. Zara says you know I can take place here easily but I wont because I know people like you
Imran is showing some clip to Alina. Zara's clip of train plays where she says that women and men are equal and when women try to say it then they are given divorce easily. Kabir says they divorce breaks man's house too, if relation can be made from saying qubool hai, can be broken by saying divorce three times. Zara says we have a say in qubool hai but dont have a say in divorce, you cant break relation without woman's say in it. Shahbaz sees the video too and asks who she is? Zeenat says she is head priest Irfan's daughter, we met her a milad. Shahbaz thinks I have found Irfan's weakness.
Shahbaz is in car and recalls how Irfan asked him to leave meeting as he doesnt have any say in it. Shahbaz meets Khalid and says I have a work, you have to find case of instant divorce, make someone divorce but do it, i have found a weakness of Irfan. Khalid says some relative of mine got divorced by her husband, whats his weakness? Shahbaz says his daughter, just bring a meeting for this matter. Khalid says board is closed off for today. Irfan offers namaz. Zara comes back and takes blessing from him. Irfan says your face is showing that your interview didnt went well. Zara says person there is so bad, he says Kabir Ahmed? she says yes, you know him? he says yes, he is nice, educated and mannered. Zara says he is too traditional. Irfan says tell me why you fought with him? Zara says he has old thoughts, he doesnt see changes, I rejected him before he could take my interview, she leaves. Mom says this happened because of yogurt. Irfan says today is meeting here, prepare for breakfast, she says I have done arrangements.
Shahbaz comes to Kabir and asks about interview. Kabir says I know that girl from before, I met her in train, we cant hire her. Shahbaz says she is the same girl who met you in train? you know she is head priest Irfan's daughter, and we have to go to his house today, he is stunned and says what? he says there is meeting today about instant divorce case, board have to decide if divorce happened or not, I want you prepared, read and research all divorce cases sharia handled. Kabir says I will revise those, will you come? Shahbaz says I will make them feel my presence for sure.
Scene 2
Kabir comes to Irfan's house. He knocks on door, Zara opens it and is stunned to see him, she recalls their recent argument, he looks away from her, Zara says what are you doing here? he says came to meet your father. Zara says what work you have with him? you want to talk bad about my thinking and clothes? go do your work, she is about to close door. Other members come there, Khalid asks Kabir to come inside, he smirks at Zara and says I am vice chairman of board, he goes in house.
Meeting starts, woman servant brings juices for all. Zara is passing by room and looks at Kabir through door, he points at his juice and hints if she wants some? She glares at him. Irfan comes there and greets all. Irfan asks Kabir to sit beside him not away. Kabir smirks at Zara and sits beside him, Zara leaves. Irfan makes them meet a couple, Irfan says this husband gave instant divorce to his wife, Kabir you are young so we want your opinion first. Kabir says you all are experienced, he asks man if he said divorce three times? he says yes, he asks was he ill mentally that time? he says no I was angry. Kabir asks wife if she heard divorce? she says yes. Kabir says as far as my studies, divorce happened and there is no doubt about it. Irfan asks members who agree with Kabir. Majority agrees with him. Irfran says divorce is not liked by God and Prophet, in this case instant divorce happened, he is about to sign on papers when Shahbaz comes there and says stop head. Irfan says you here? Kabir is confused seeing him. Shahbaz says I know I cant talk in board meeting but as dutiful citizen, I want to say something. His man sets up a laptop. Irfan says what you want to say? Shahbaz says I want to say that you have no right to decide about instant divorce, all are stunned and gets up. Irfan says who took that right from me? Shahbaz says her name is Zara Siddiqui, daughter for Irfran. Irfan says Shahabaz! Shahbaz says just watch the video. Video of Zara talking against instant divorce in train plays, how she said that woman have no say in instant divorce so its not valid. Kabir looks on. Irfan is dejected.
Zara messages Reema that Kabir came to her house. Irfan comes there and takes phone from her, he glares at her. Zara says what happened? Irfan says did you argue about instant divorce in train? she says yes but.. Irfan says whole board saw that video, now listen, in one minute you will come to board and tell that whatever you said in train was just to win an argument and you believe in instant divorce like me, he leaves. Zara is stunned.
Zara takes dupatta on head and comes to meeting room. She greets everyone and glares at Kabir. Khalid says whats your opinion about instant divorce, tell us. Shahbaz says talk daughter, what you said in train about this, can you repeat it? Zara is tensed and looks at Irfan who nods at her. Zara says whatever you people saw in video was just to win an argument, I have same belief on instant divorce as Irfan.. I was asked to say this.. but this is not true. Irfan is stunned and says Zara? Zara says forgive me father but I cant lie here, you have taught me that there is no place for lie in Islam, whatever I said in train is my thinking, my belief.. I feel instant divorce is not in favor of women. Kabir says all divorces in past were wrong according to you? Zara says forget about past, lets make good future for women.. they can give birth to brave sons.. Khalid asks why she is against it? Zara says instant divorce is not mentioned in Quran and Hadith and I dont believe in following rituals.. Khalid says now you will tell us about that? Zara says before government remind us, I think we should listen to people saying right, I know you all Islam more than me but I want you all to remember Prophet's saying that good men are who behave nicely with women. Irfan says you have said what you wanted, now you can leave. She nods and leaves.
Mom asks Zara what she said? Zara says I said what father wanted but I also said truth.
Zara runs to her room and cries.
PRECAP- One reporter says to Irfan that your daughter is against instant divorce?
Shahbaz says to Kabir that just wait to sit on head priest's seat.
Zara's mom says to Zara that your father is resigning from head seat because of you.
in train, repeat that, we have video too. Zara is in tears.
In committee, they ask Kabir if the video of Zara going against triple divorce is real? Kabir says there is no truth to it.
Zara's photo comes in newspaper with heading that head priest's daughter goes against triple divorce. Zara cries as mom says that what you have done have destroyed our respect, there is no respect of this family left.
Zara comes to Kabir and says you have done all this for a seat? you are cheap. Kabir says you are stubborn who doesnt listen to anyone and made her father feel ashamed. Zara says my father is not alone anymore, his daughter is with him.
Zara meets a girl at Kabir's house, girl says that Kabir is right about you. Zara asks who she is? Girl says the one who you feel pity for. Zara says so you are Kabir's wife?
