Yes it is one vote per one account/email ID

But still you can click five times😆 Maybe it will count. Still, I am 99 percent sure that it is one vote per ID

It is weekly. You can use same ID every week. However, you can use one ID per week only.

No, you can vote from one ID once in a week. You cannot use that one ID to vote everyday. In one week's nomination, you can vote through one ID.

So its One ID per vote. So if you used one ID last week then you can use that ID this week. But it is One ID = one week = one vote
