I don't know whether you have seen the K drama called Master's Sun.In that show the ML is comatose and he has an OBE.But he cannot return to his body since he believes himself to be dead.Once he realises he is alive he returns to his body and regains consciousness.Is expecting something like this from ITV be a tad bit much??
