1. According to me Raman has serious memory loss, he might be assuming Adi to be manager, shagus as his PA maybe

2. Ruhi thinks she has been betrayed by her dad. Raman calls her miss ruhi because of his mmry loss maybe.

We don't know a whole lot because the 3 year leap started yesterday (Monday) so there's more questions than answers at this point.

                                           1. I think he is truly suffering from depression and simmi might be giving medicine for ml in the name of depression. 2. I think he doesn't remember adi ruhi pihu bcos of ml and assuming Ruhi as rival and adi as manager and Aliya may b thinking as manage's wife regarding shagun golmal hai sab golmal hai 3. Nikhil might have asked Ruhi to choose between him and family after ishu arrest and she might have Choosen her family as she has to take care of pihu especially Nikhil might have dumped her forever        4.
