Mrunal Thakur was initially a Television actress who started out her acting career with Television. She gained fame and recognition with her role in Kumkum Bhagya. She was even seen on Nach Baliye with her then-boyfriend Sharad Tripathi.
Mrunal didn't stop herself with just Television, the gorgeous actress is making her Hollywood debut with the international project, Love Soniya.
Aamir Khan apparently saw the film and sent a message across to her for Thugs of Hindostan. Blown away by her talent, he wanted to work with her. Even Aditya Chopra was so keen to cast her that he offered her a three-film deal, to which Mrunal decline! It was a shock to everyone, as an aspiring actor/actress would found themselves to be found lucky to be considered by such esteem actor and a production house who is offering a three-film deal, and she just refused it!
On the other side, Mrunal has some clear thoughts on it, assigning a three-film deal would be a notorious decision might just hamper her international career, which would cause more exposure! Although it would have been also worth decision of she would have taken the offer, as it would turn out to be a golden pass to get in the A-listed actress. Mrunal was considered for the role of Fatima Sana Shaikh in the upcoming period-action-drama Thugs of Hindostan! And not many people know but Mrunal was also considered for the role of Arfa in Sultan, but things didn't work out!
