Mohits MiL says everyone is blaming Mohit but what about Shaurya who actually bribed Mohit to win the contest? Mahek decides to confront Shaurya. Shaurya is at White Chillies. He calls Vicky and asks him to handle Mahek and assures to tell her the truth soon. Nikita decorates a special table for Shaurya and Mahek. She asks him to tell Mahek the truth and assures that Mahek will understand and forgive him. Shaurya says he was already planning to tell Mahek all the truth after the investor meet.Right then his assistant informs that Investor has arrived. Shaurya and Nikita greet them. They express happiness about Shauryas victory and that Mahek too is with him.
Shauryas mom wonders about Mahek. Shauryas aunt says she and her family lost so they must be upset. Right then Mahek arrives and screams Shauryas name. Shauryas mom says he is at the restaurant. Mahek rushes there. Vicky calls Shaurya to warn him but he doesn't receive the call. He messages Nikki but she too doesn't notice.
Kanta laments about Mohits behavior. Mohit in turn chides Sonal for her crying. He accuses his family of blaming him. His dad shouts on him for cheating them and separets themselves from him. Mohit tells him he shall do as he pleases and to expect nothing from him.
The investor get up to leave and right then Mahek enters. She confronts Shaurya and accuses him of cheating to win. Investor are shocked. Shaurya tries to calm Mahek and so does Nikki but she refuses to budge. She blames him for luring Mohit. Investor are shocked and excuse themselves saying they may need to reconsider the offer.
Shaurya is furious and pushes Mahek. He accuses her of showing her middle class mentality. He tells her everyone wants money and when they don't get it they talk about ethics and moral. He says Mohit was easily lured and din think twice before cheating her and yet she only sees Shauryas fault. Mahek says Shaurya knew he was the weak one. Shaurya says Mohit is better than her at least took money and fulfilled his needs. He says we are in kalyug. Mahek is in this state coz of her morals. He says he is ready to accept he cheated in front of press if Mahek can return the money. Shaurya warns Mahek of dire consequences if he loses the deal while Mahek warns him of consequences if her family is pulled apart coz of him. Mahek walks off. Bg-Hamari Hamari Adhuri Kahani.
Mahek and Shaurya are pacing around and recollect their bitter confrontation. Nikki tells Shauryas mom things are bad for Shaurya and Mahek. Shauryas mom laments the state of their relationship.
Shaurya calls Investor and seeks another meeting. Investor hesitates. He asks for NOC from Mahek regarding the allegations of bribery. Shaurya assures to do the needful.
Everyone at Maheks place are discussing way ahead and decide to continue as is with food truck and let Mohit & Shaurya do whatever they want. Right then a man comes with copy of Agreement. Mahek checks and is shocked to find that Mohit has sold the food truck. All are stunned.
