Shaurya asks Awara where is neem tree. He tries to scale it. He keeps tripping. Awara gets ladder for him. He climbs it. He is breaking neem branches. Mahek is in kitchen and making Desi medication. Suddenly there is sound of crash. It's Shaurya. He trips and dislocated his shoulder. Mahek helps him stand up. Mahek informs she prepared lape with previous day's neem but Shaurya insists.
Mahek applies lape on Karunas feet. Her granny calls and checks on Karuna. She tells Mahek that with dava we need dua. Mahek leaves the room.sveltana and Nani sneak in and spike the lape. Shaurya is with Karuna. He hears loud noises and goes to check. He finds Mahek having invited orphan kids. Shaurya fumes on the kids. Vicky supports her.

Doctor checks Karunas vitals and says he was called at the right time. Karuna was infected by some wild plant in the Desi medication. Shaurya fumes on Mahek. He says told u it's my mom's health. Won't tolerate anything that is injurious.
Shaurya asks Vicky to take Mahek away. Mahek leaves. Shaurya sends everyone away. He sits by Karunas side and apologizes to her for letting Mahek come close to her. Mahek prays to Ambe Maa to set all right coz she tried and it din work. Shaurya drags her upstairs. Sveltana watches on with a smirk.
