Dear all, this is my first attempt at raina OS based on current situation - I've not had the time to proof read or elaborate but just wanted to get it out and get a lot of activity on the forum. Let's all make this show #1 on IF ..loving the potential this show has and love Raina..Do share your comments and forgive mistakes

He was angry. He had loved her more than anything in his world. He would let her know how he felt about her but then everything suddenly changed. His heart was shattered into a million pieces. She was carrying a baby - a baby who's origins he had no idea of. He would believe whatever she told him but she refused to give out the truth. She let him believe that she had an affair. She loved him more than anything and had to do it to ensure his success - something she felt he so fully deserved. After all, she didn't think he loved her. She would walk away from his life. Their paths would never cross.
Fast forward 3 months and he turned into a successfully business man. Heartbroken, he lost faith in love and began to mistrust all women. She was to take care of a baby that didn't belong to her and set out to her country. He wanted to fulfil his dear dadi's wish and take her to her country. So both landed up in India.
While he was very angry with her, he still couldn't stop loving her. To his surprise she was an employee in a company that he had taken over. His heart skipped a beat to see her there. He couldn't stop appreciating her beauty in her simplicity but hen something struck him - she was carrying another man's baby and she didn't belong to him. His mind and heart were at constant conflict. The more he tried to avoid her - the more their paths crossed. She was chosen to be his aide as she was the most competent employee at work and together they had to seal many more deals. She was glad to help him. He enjoyed her company but kept his distance and his serious demeanor.
On one such business dealing, they had to travel together. Inclement weather forced them to share a hotel room - they were reminded of past times - hanging a sock on the bathroom door - the shared small talk and he decided he could definitely be friends with her if not her lover - but every time he saw the baby bump he couldn't help but cringe.
He asked her many times why the baby's father was not around to take care of her but she would brush it aside.
In parallel, he had put together a team of best doctors to take care of his dadi - He suddenly got a call from the doctor saying his dadi was showing signs of improvement and was shaking her fingers and they needed to move her to the hospital for any further complications that might arise when she wakes up. He couldn't contain his happiness and hugged her real tight. She was getting weak in his hug and had to break free. He got another call from the doctors saying that Dadi was muttering the name of Naina - He asked her if she could accompany him to see dadi and she more than happily agreed.
Dadi was happy to see them. He brought dadi up to speed on all events but left out the divorce and baby. Dadi was happy to be in India and she attributed all his success to N being in his life. She noticed her baby bump and asked if there was good news that she wanted to share. He remembered the doctors warning that any shock could cause dadi to go into cardiac arrest and could prove fatal so he said yes that she was pregnant. N was shocked but decided to play along as she was cued in by R.
Dadi was ecstatic and asked N to spend evenings with her. N agreed. She would spend all evenings with dadi and R would observe them and curse his fate for not being able to have her. why did she have to go to someone other man? he would think - but he had lost all his anger - he just wanted her to be happy - he was no longer angry with her. He would drop her back home once dadi fell asleep. On the way, they would stop by for ice cream, share hugs, he would care for her pregnancy food cravings and all in all they had great days. He was glad the baby's father was not around.
One day dadi decided to have a pooja at home. And she wanted R&N to conduct it. N agreed but that evening she didn't show up. Dadi was getting worried. R said that she had gone out and was getting delayed. He was covering for her but was starting to get angry. What if she didn't want to do the pooja with him and had cheated him again - just when he was loving her company - was she going to walk away yet another time? ..YES, he was convinced that that was how this day was going to go. To please dadi he told her that she was attending to an emergency with her friend and would be delayed. Dadi decided to postpone the pooja. R went to bed in frustration and anger. A while later there was a knock on his door. It was the police. They had come looking for him.
"Mr. Raghav, do you know this woman?" the police asked showing him the picture of Naina. "Yes", he said what's wrong. We found your picture in her bag and hence have come to you. The police told him that she had been badly wounded and was in the hospital and that she had been attacked by goons. One of the goons whom she had manage to immobilize and knock unconscious has been taken into custody. Raghav was shocked. What was going on?
He rushed to the hospital - Naina had lost a lot of blood and alas, the baby couldn't be saved too - Raghav turned pale. He couldn't bare to see his Naina in such a state. Just then the police informed him that the goon they had caught had woken up. Raghav requested to be a part of the interrogation. He followed the police and learnt the entire truth from the goon's confession. The goon had been sent by Ahana's inlaws to get rid of the baby! He couldn't believe it when he heard the entire story. What she had given up for him and how he had treated her. How could he have let himself mistrust her? This time he was angrier than ever - but only with HIMSELF. How would he face her? will she ever get up? he couldn't believe what he had done to her...Tears flowed down his cheeks. He peeked through the hospital glass in the ICU unit where she was ..he would set things straight ..
