Kritika calls out to Dadi who pushes Kareena away and says back early? She adds that she prayed for Satya-Mahi and their safety. She suggests to send the two away for a while till Kareena is caught. Back at Khurana mansion, Mahi wakes up screaming from a nightmare. Satya rushes by her side. Hugs And comforts her. Kritika thinks about Dados suggestion and books Tix for the two to go to Hong Kong. Satya resists but Kritika and Raj insist. Satya finally agrees and he and Mahi leave for airport armed with two bodyguards for safety. Dadi informs Kareena of the development.
Satya-Mahi are en route to airport. Satya eyes that with the two bodyguards around how will they get alone time to Romance. Kritika calls and checks on them. As Mahi is talking to her, suddenly a truck heads in their direction. Satya asks bodyguard to drive carefully but he loses control and they crash. Kritika hears the noise and the phone goes dead. She keeps trying their number to no avail. A while later she is informed about Satya-Mahi car accident. All rush to the hospital.
Satya is conscious and has a bandage around his forehead. He gets up and asks for Mahi. Kritika and Raj with family reach and Kritika is panic struck. Doc asks them to calm down as Satya has serious head injury. He informs that Mahi has been operated upon and is on life support. Satya rushes to see Mahi and is shocked to see her in the condition. Doc assures him that they did all they could but internal bleeding hasn't stopped so she is in critical condition.
Raj prays to Ganpati Bappa saying that he snatched Sid-Roshni from him like this and now he is doing this with Mahi but he won't accept this. Satya looks sadly at Bappa and says if Mahi dies it's his failure. Sid feels Kareenas presence and turns but doesn't see her. Doc checks on Mahi and informs she is stable. Dadi eyes that if Mahi lives, Kareena a plan will fail. She tries to contact Kareena.
Satya walks into Mahis ICU and says doc says she is critical but she can't leave him. He tells her he doesn't like seeing her like this. He asks her to get up and listen to him. He is deeply emotional and nurse comes and tells him to wait outside.
Kareena is in the hospital dressed as a nurse and walks straight past Satya with her face covered in mask. Satya and his family wait outside for Mahis recovery.
