Shakti - Astitve Ke Ehsaas Kii: 22nd Nov - Written Update
PART 1Harman and Soumya come to their room. Soumya remembers coming to the room as Harman's bride. She sees the mirror and memories flow in her mind. She holds his sweater and cries over the fact that Harman fought with everyone for her. Should she be happy that after her mother, there's someone still fighting for her...or be sad that because of all this, his relations have been tarnished.
Mahi is waiting at the bus-stop. Varun sees the opportunity and approaches her. Sympathizing with her, he says that it's Harman's loss that he didn't choose her and that he shall be friends with her for ever. Never again will he call a kinnar as his bhabhi. Mahi says that Harman will pay for his deeds. Varun smirks.
Soumya is guilty for ruining Harman's relations and she can't be a burden on this family. Surbhi calls her and asks if she is doing fine. Soumya says no, and that all of Harman's life is in ruins. She can't be burden on his family and Surbhi should come and take her away. Harman takes the phone and says that everything is fine and Soumya won't leave his house. Surbhi asks him to keep her for four days and then she'll take Soumya back. Harman refuses and says that Soumya's father would kill her if she came back. Soumya would stay here with him and things will go back to normal. He hears some noise outside and hangs up.
Preeto hits a plate with a spoon and summons everyone to the living area. She tells Harak in denial that his family and bloodline just ended. His daughter-in-law is a kinnar and the son is refusing a second marriage. Everything is ruined now. No more grandchildren...no future. Harak tries to calm her down that time will heal everything. Preeto brings a stuffed doll and brings out small baby dolls out of it saying that these are our future...these dolls. Soumya gets affected and clutches Harman tightly.
Soumya is sitting on the bed when Harman brings her food. She asks about his family and Harman says that she needs to learn to fight now. Preeto won't stop and Harak will also talk...but she needs to stand upright in front of them. Soumya asks what about him! Harman says he's her shadow, her support. Should he be missing, know that he will be out looking for a ray of sunshine for her. He offers her food and she refuses. Harman jokes that Preeto might be evil, but she cooks the best. He feeds her with his own hands and then puts her to sleep.
PART 2Soumya recalls Nimmi telling her stories about the prince and princess to help her sleep. Soon, Harman gets back to the sofa and sleeps too. Surbhi is sitting by the window missing Nimmi. Beeji comes and asks her to sleep when she asks why did Nimmi leave! Beeji asks her to keep her courage. Surbhi says I've lost all...mom connected this family and now everything is in ruins. Look at herself, she couldn't keep her promise. Dad kicked Soumya di out and I couldn't do a thing.
Soumya dreams of being called a kinnar, Maninder taking her to Mallika and the men teasing her when she was Tarana and then almost being sold to a Sheikh. She dreams of Nimmi's funeral, and people hurling stones at her for spending a night with Harman. She murmurs Harman to save her and gets up. She is unable to catch her breath when Harman wakes up and rushes to her. Soumya hugs him tightly and asks him to save her from them..they'll take her away. Harman comforts her.
PART 3Harman tells her that it's okay, nobody will hurt her and she is going to be fine! He offers her a glass of water and then puts her back to sleep. She doesn't let him go and Harman assures her that he is not leaving her. She holds him tightly and tries to sleep. Harman tries to leave but Soumya falls asleep holding him, so he crawls next to her and sleeps in a sitting position. When Soumya wakes up a few hours later, she sees Harman sleeping near her. She leaves his hand and gets up to give him more space. She helps him lie down more comfortably and then pulls a blanket over.
In her thoughts, she says that he is so nice and he's the only person she feels safe being with.
Precap: Harman tries to calm a disgusted Preeto and Preeto declares that Soumya and Preeto can't share the roof. Harman says fine, then he'll take Soumya with him. Even though Soumya isn't his wife, there's a relationship they share and he wouldn't abandon her. He takes Soumya and leaves.
