Thai Dramas , Recommendations Pls :-)

I am an offical Kdrama crazy who sometimes hop around in Cdrama and Jdrama. and recently i stumbled upon a Thai drama thanks to one of our member on our sticky thread about drama u r watching.


The Thai drama Once Upon a Time In My Heart (Karn La Krang Neung...Nai Hua Jai ...) is great and worth watch ,if u want to watch Kdrama with a different voice and face flavour.

The voice sounds good to me (i don't understand a single word ) though my ears r more atuned to Korean and faces r beautiful too .Lead actor has good looks and average acting but lot of cherisma ,lead actress is beautiful mmm better actress then male lead and they both have good chemistry . Story is quit typical . A young handsome unwilling gangster who wants to change , his girlfriend dead and we have a new look alike girl . It has all rich guy ,average girl spices in it . Full on drama and love . Give it a try for a change.

Now my request please advice me few more such Thai Drama with have great chemistry and are rom com . Please no tragidy or melodrama or too cheesy drama . Remeber I actual taste is Kdrama so my standards r neither too heigh nor too low

I loved this recent rom-com Piang Chai Kon Nee Mai Chai Poo Wised and lead pair has a great chemistry and looks super cute too... Hope you like it...

Recently I watched Thai actor and singer Dome aka Pakorn Lum dramas. Well i am in love with this manly actor rather then a flower boy actor whom i had become used to thanks to my love for Kdramas .

It's not that i am complaining as i like both types.Dome is first Thai actor whom i have come across ,who does know acting as well along with good looks . I actually watched his music MVs as well and yes he does sing good as well :-P.

I liked his Vampire drama : Love never dies (Ruk Mai Mee Wun Tay)only coz he acted in it coz drama in itself had nothing special . But u will certainly give it a go just to watch his handsome face more and more .

His love -revenge drama : Bittersweet revenge (Sanaeha Sunya Kaen) is a bit OTT with so many forced kisses and forced nights together ,still I loved it coz I got to see some rough side of Dome . Plus actress in it has done good job and his chemistry is good with her .

His rom com drama : Waiting for the sun shine (Tawan Tor Saeng 2012) is also an ok drama and worth watch if u r used to his personality and aura .

I am waiting for his upcoming rom com drama : Devil's Trap (Buang Ruk Satan) which will be telecasted end this year

I am watching the drama advised by u. I just completed Majurat See Nam Peung. And gave my review as well 😃. Have read Sawan Biang belongs to same hero but is voilent ,so will watch it later .

Full house I tried watching but it too sweet , male lead is my fav. but icould not warm up with female lead . Damn it she is also with him in Kiss me as well . Michal is best in Chinese drama My sweet princess

I have become great fan of Push by watching all his three dramas u advised .

Roy-Leh-Sanae-Rai was a bit too voilent revange drama for me with hero being an asshole but handsome Push made the hero sexy😆..wait i am not saying that he should not be jailed for his voilent acts . He needs rigourous two years of jail 😳

U-Prince-Series-The-Handsome-Cowboy : I am still to watch this one . But since i managed to watch cheesy push in Ugly Duckling series so i think i will manage to go through this as well. this one seems better and he is not a popper here 😆


Wannueng-Jaa-Pben-Superstar I watched it but could not fillow it till end . They shouted so much !! . I saw intial six episodes and then i was done

The other dramas ,well i did not like much.

Still many thanks to u dear i discovered Push 😳. Am waiting for his next drama Game Maya 😛

Box asian website has some good thai dramas... give it a try 😃
