Nobody wants to risk their life for a movie. Controversy affected the movie hugely.

Police protection or no, Normal people going to think twice before going out to watch the movie surrounded by threats.

They had enough time on hand to make changes but they thought anger will die in few week and at the same time they can garner enough free publicity. Now they released anger is for real and thats why they are running to police for protection that too free. Why can't they hire private security guards. Police already have lot of pressure and too many threats in this tense environment.
This ADHM producer and Mahesh bhatt are doing same thing what Anurag did.

What a waste of resources.

Yahan itna hungama aur border par?...FOS ka theka India ne liya hai

It would be instructive to take note of the fact that there's no outcry in Pakistan against the Pakistani government's decision to stop the screening of Indian films and block Indian TV channels after the surgical strike by the Indian Army across the Line of Control

BW hypocrisy

Those in Bollywood pleading the case for Pakistani actors and singers under the guise of promoting cross-border friendship should be more honest than that and admit that banishing them would be bad for business.

Indian producers and directors hiring them, has nothing to do with bunk like "people-to-people contact". It's about commerce and the new economics of the film industry. With the rise of regional movies, and the uneven, fast-changing fads of young India, Hindi films need an expanding market to recover costs, if not make profits.

There is no extra holiday on Diwali this time (which sucks, Sunday ko diwali ) and people are feeling a little saturated with this much dose of ADHM. Though the sickuler critics and Kejriwal are going to write good reviews for this movie, I am feeling, this movie will fail.
