Sumeet Raghvan(born April 22, 1971) is an Indian film and television actor. He was born to a Tamil father and a Kannadiga mother. He is best known for his role in Sarabhai vs Sarabhai and has been acclaimed for his witty comic timing. He anchors the internet showJay Hind! which is sarcastic take on day-to-day politics and other current affairs of India. His latest movie was withAkshay Kumar in Holiday: A soldier is never off duty. He also acted for the first time in Marathi Movie Sandook a satirical comic thriller set in pre independence era in a small town.
He is the head of the Ghotala family. He can spin like a tornado , lift heavy objects with ease and also possesses shape shifting powers. He is an egoist as he never accept his mistakes and blames the other Ghotalas but he has a kind heart . He is a very loving husband and extremely caring father .He LOVES correcting Hemant when he spells a word wrong,and is obsessed with Bollywood .He can go to any extent to keep his family happy which even means choosing the wrong way at times.
