Chandni Bhagwanani, will soon be back to Zee TV in a new avatar. After her stint as the dutiful daughter-in-law in Zee TV's Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi, she will now play the highly arrogant negative lead in the channel's other popular show, Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani (Sphere Origins).
Well, Chandni who was last seen in & TV's Santoshi Maa has now been roped in to play Swarnlekha's (Priya Tandon) daughter, Bindu.
As per sources, "The channel was contemplating to cast Priya Tandon to play her daughter in the show. However, that did not materialize. And now, Chandni has been brought in to play the main antagonist."
Bindu will be seen as an arrogant and immature princess in the post leap story line. As we know, Swarnalekha has been killed and now it will be her daughter taking a strong hold in the story line, along with the new leads roped in.
As we know, Sartaj Gill and Eisha Singh have been roped in to play the lead in Ek Tha Raja.
We tried contacting Chandni but could not get through to her.
We sent out a text message to the channel spokesperson but did not get any revert.
For Chandni, it will be a new challenge to play a princess after being part of youth based shows like Jhalli Anjali Ke Tootey Dil Ki Amazing Story and P.S. I Hate You, as well as drama series like Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi and Santoshi Maa.
