Listen to your elder's advice not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong...they have more practical experience than younger people and they are able to share their wisdom with others.

The experiences in one's life do teach a person to become better human being, in some cases it is not the case as well. Elders have walked the path before the younger ones, so learn from the elder people because someday sooner than you can imagine you are going to be old too.

Our elders love us unconditionally, no matter what and this kind of love is hard to find in this world. The presence of elders gives us hope and strength to move ahead in our lives. They do help us make better decisions as well.

Elders sacrifice a lot for their children; they do provide us a lot just to see a smile on our faces...all they want is that we are well and happy in our lives. As you grow with age you do not want to lead your life with regret and disappointment.

So elders do out of concern try to guide you as long as they can...their guidance must be appreciated, respected, as we do not get such wise and wealthy advice from everybody you get to meet in your life.

The wind cannot defeat a tree with strong roots. Elders are like trees of wisdom the way a tree spreads stands tall through its deep roots not through its branches similarly children are able to become stronger and wiser as they grow with the help of the wisdom spread and the strength given by the elders in the family.

Dadiji with her worldly knowledge has understood that kamini should stay in her limits and maintain the decorum of viplav and her friendship...out of good will she did advice to stay alert and beware of km as her intentions may not be good.

Her advice is indeed golden, in the entire house it is only dadiji apart from viplav who are well wishers of dhani...she is far more experienced and has seen many ups and downs in her life...she clearly stated just because dhani's has pure thoughts that simply doesn't mean everyone else around her have similar thoughts how true is she.

Dhani must give dadi's thoughts in to consideration..it is because of her upbringing that viplav has grown to be a very wise man. She may not speak much but her concern and unconditional love for viplav and her loved ones is commendable...she just wants both viplav and dhani to be content in their lives...her love towards them is indeed pure.

Yeah i was brought up by my grandparents, and taught by them.like u write a thought everyday,my grandfather used to teach me everyday.a single thought everyday.u remind me of my childhood when i was three.all of my life i was with my nani now dadi,so i always have special chemistry with people of extreme ages.n i fell in love with viplab when he came to d ashram, d way he treated old vidhwas, making them watch a movie , making them feel special... what a lovely character viplab is.hayeee.

Dadi bua is d only wise character in AN now.yes she has seen too much.experienced too much, being silent her tree of experience spread roots around AN , and allowed viplab to grow as a wonderful person.
On d other hand , there is our most senior Tripati, our dadi bua, she was supposed to b wise and experienced. I still dont get it how can someone of her age and place even think of provoking kammo to lure vipu?

Hello there Dr Joy 😃 thank you for reading and sharing your view...haan yeh baat sahi kahi aapne being brought up by grand parents and being close to them is beautiful feeling and experience 😃 Me too was very close to my grandma as well 😃 you can learn soo much from them especially their unconditional love haina 😃 Very lucky you are to be with your dadi...enjoy most of the moments with her dear...Yes Iloved the way he treated ashram ladies who had nothing extra ordianary to offer him ...I miss that viplav aaj kal kya dikharhe hain pucho mat 😆 he is nodoubt a wonderful human credut goes to dadi and now dhani 😃

Chodo uss bua ko yaar it is such a sharp contrast between her and dadi ...kuch log ghar bigadne main waqt zaya karte hain kuchlog ghar ko jhodne main mehnat karte hain...Joya age never defines one's wisdom it is the mindset which defines...no matter what few people even whe they grow up they never change their attitude you can't expect much sense from such people like in this case bua and DT. I'm glad you liked it ...would of course dedicate this to you 😃 Till then take care😃 Health ka khayal rakhna I know as a doc its very tedious job but still take breaks in between 😃

hi swathi , yes in yesterday's episode the only worthwhile section was dadi's warning to dhani... which dhani had to reject due to plot requirement.. the cvs are hellbent to pull the two leads down into the gutter as their fault is they are positive characters.. negative sells that's why the judge too is shown as dark to me.. its almost as cvswant this programme to fail.. badly . Loved your wonderful thoughts about elderly family members yes they stand for consistency and progression in afamily a wonderful bank of knowledge and link of the ways things are and how they evolved... dadi's role as you mention is endearing in the story..would like to see more scenes between viplav and dadi..but slim chance of them happening , they won't be evil enough.. thanks mate .. for a wonderful post now waiting for next one.. love hammie.

Hi Swathi . Another well thought out post as per happening of the show.

Yes elders with their immense experience guide and direct the young . They think it is their rightful job to do so and in return the young look up to them whenever advice is required.

In this particular matter dadi as a third party is watching the proceedings and she right fully highlights this to Dhani . Have not seen the episode so cannot say what was said . It seems Dhani overlooked her advice . Why did dadi only bring this to Dhani's attention and not to Viplav himself .

Is it because she thinks men will be men who get distracted by other pretty faces therefore it is the women's job to mark her territory and keep her husband tied down to her . I find it sexist . Specially when dadi has undergone the samething herself . She may not have been successful keeping her husband in check hence warning Dhani of the same.

As Hammie said its the plot demand that the leads wear blinders till asked to take them off .

Swathi, I had almost missed this one, but finally found it.

Love this post & the related part of the episode.

The older you get, the wiser you become.

In our part of the world, even in this day & age the joint family system exists though not as prevalent like before

There are many benefits to this, the most important being the reln.ship with the elderly & their wisdom passed on to the younger members of the family.

The reln.ship between a grandchild & a grandparent is always special.

Many of us have experienced / experiencing this.

It's only natural that we look upon our elders for advice & wisdom, simply becoz they are older & wiser.

Wisdom comes with experience thru' out ur life.

In the show, Vip & Dadi share a Special bond. Dadi knows all of VIPs strengths & weaknesses.

She is the only family member concerned for ViDha's happiness.

Hence having quietly observed Kamini's advances towards Viplav, & her personal experience, she is trying to subtly warn Dhani. That was the best scene of this episode.

But Dhani , now under the spell of Kam cannot hear/ understand Dadi or even think for herself.

That's very sad. She is trusting an evil outsider & sort of ignoring the wise insider.

All of this will Eventually hurt her for sure.

Hry Swathi...IA ray of hope n positivity when I cant find no where these days in the forum!!

True to it love reading ur thoughts n this post just made me sentimental cos I miss My NANA n NANI...They were beautiful ppl n I always used to look forward to my vacations,when I will fly to india n when will I get to meet them! My nani used to take me to kitchen and start tutoring me in the basics of cooking when I never knew how to even hold a kettle too,when I was just in 8😆😆!! SHe was shocked when the little little gals in my hometown knew everything😆😆. Often she used to correct me on my carelesness,my shortcomings n to be a good daughter to my mom...Her thoughts n values are still intact in me... Such is the presence of elders in ur life that they carve their existence still when they are not with u...My mom often says her hair hasnt turned grey in the sun but the due to the wise experiences of life, meaning one should always pay heed to the advices given by them, after all they had too seen the lives so closely n treaded the similar experiences ...

Dil Khush hogaya aaj ye padke...Bas pata nahi kyun!!

Didnt watch the episode but yes DHAAni shouldnt take it lightly wat Daddi is telling her cos after all the elders can predict the outcome with their experienced vision..

Hello Hammie good to see you 😊 ...sry for the delay...thank you for reading and sharing your view...True Hammie it is frustrating to see negative characters min by min in the serial of 25 mins ...God knows why are they even giving 5 mins to the positive characters 😆...I loved the scene when dadi was given screen space after a long time...she is such a good actress and they fail to utilize the character properly...khair lets see what is going to happen later in the show...hopefully viplav and dhani start racking their brains...Till then take care.

Hello Ratna good to see you back 😊 ...thank you for reading and sharing the view...Yes a valid point you stated she should have warned viplav as well... it is after all viplav who is involved in tutoring km... if both are warned may be they might discuss the matter...what to do cv's are hell bent on making them dumb ...the way km keeps a constant pressure on them is it not clear to them and why can't they ponder over her constant insistence??? Still I feel she should have take the advuce into consideration even Raj Lakshmi did warn her but dhani simply brushes it away...Till then take care.

Hello Sudha good to see you 😊... thank you for reading and sharing the view...Agree with everything you say...elders knowledge is nothing less than bank of wisdom ...thus younger ones do look up to them to seek right guidance so that they make better decisions...unfortunately dhani shadows dadi's advice and gives km's words in to consideration...she should have discussed the matter with viplav...this is heights of too much goodness and I'm not able to digest it ...she did get warning from RL as well...hopefully she will realize it sooner...Till then take care.
