Jayant is being chased in the air by a stick. He comes back in his original avatar to get rid of that stick but the stick continues its chase. He gets stuck with fear and thinks that only Ram can save him now. Ram tries to cure Sita's wounded feet. Jayant comes there with folded hands and begs Ram's pardon. Lakshman says that he deserves punishment and points an arrow at him. Sita stops Lakshman and says that since he has come to apologise, they should give him a chance.
Ram utters that Jayant beholds women with immoral sight. He deserves punishment. But if he has realized his mistake, he should choose a punishment himself. Jayant concludes that since the guilt lies in his sight, only one punishment is apt. Saying so, he pierces his eye using a sharp object. He utters that Sita is great as she saved the life of a sinner who insulted her. He seeks the pardon of Ram, Sita, Lakshman and goes away after thanking them. Sita stands and begins to walk. Ram holds her hand and they smile at each other.
Roma thinks that Tara's advise is right but Sugreev tells her that he isn't powerful and intelligent like Bali. Roma decides to seek her father's aid.
Sita beholds Ram's worried face and asks the reason. He replies that he's concerned for her safety. Sita tells him that she has become more alert after Jayant's intrusion. Ram tells her that the asura atracks are more alarming and if anything would have happened to her, he wouldn't have been able to forgive himself. Sita replies that nothing can happen to her as long as he is there. She asks why is her flower basket here. Ram replies that he's going to pluck flowers as Sita shouldn't go out. Sita objects and tries to explain but Ram tells her that he will fetch the necessary items for her. Sita responds that the household works won't suit him. Ram asks since when you began differentiating between man and woman. Our relation is of equality. Sita gives up but reminds him of his ill-experience at household works. Ram goes to pluck lotus flowers.
Gandharva Raj talks to Sugreev. He tells him that every incident takes place for a reason. Sugreev utters that Bali's death made him realize his weakness. Gandharva Raj tells him not to degrade himself and claims that he can make him capable. But his coronation is necessary. Sugreev tells him that Tara will decide that. Gandharva Raj decides to meet Tara.
Tara greets Gandharva Raj. The latter consoles him. Tara announces her decision of making Sugreev the ruler of Kishkindha. Gandharva Raj tells her that Sugreev lacks the confidence and qualities of a ruler. Roma tells Tara that her Dad wants to train Sugreev. Tara asks Sugreev to take the reins of the Kingdom in his hands before going for training. Kishkindha will wait for its king to return.
Ram goes to pluck flowers. Surpanakha repairs her beauty using various articles and smiles thinking about Ram.
