Siya Ke Ram Written Update - April 13, 2016

Ram says to Sita that they need to leave now.  The boy says he is feeling hungry.  Sita tells she will arrange food for him.  Sita gives food to the boy.  They notice Lakshman's weird behavior.  Lakshman is not able to stay awake and he thinks he has to engage himself in something so that he does not fall asleep.  He takes some broom like thing and starts sweeping there.  He stumbles and sits down.  Sita collects some leaves, crushes them and gives it to Lakshman.  She asks him to apply the juice in his eyes and close his eyes for some time.  Ram is not there.  Lakshman is hesitant but then applies it but does not close his eyes and tells Sita that he is not able to see properly.  Sita asks him to close his eyes for some time and he does so.

The demon hawks come flying towards Sita and the boy.  They think it is the right time to take revenge.  One of the hawk picks the boy and all the hawks fly.  Sita is shocked seeing this.  She takes Lakshman's bow and arrows and runs behind the hawks.  She shoots an arrow at the hawk carrying the boy.  That hawk is hurt and drops the boy down.  The boy starts falling down in the air and Sita is worried for him.  Sita runs towards the boy to catch him.  A sort of dust storm happens at the place where the boy is falling.  Ram comes running from behind sensing the danger.  Lakshman also comes there.  He takes his bow and shoots at the hawks.  Ram goes into the dust storm while Sita cries and she even gestures at stopping him.  Ram returns back with the boy slightly unconscious and injured.  Ram tells he is out of danger.  They are surrounded by such dangers in the jungle and need to be alert always.  Lakshman says ok but is angry and goes from there.  Sita tells she will talk to him.

In Ayodhya, Shatrughan touches Ram's paduka and then Sumantra says sabha starts.  They present the first case before him.  A person complains about a dhobhi's daughter who had stayed 5 days at a stranger's house and returned back.  She should be punished for her bad character.  The dhobhi defends his daughter saying she is pure and innocent and had taken shelter at stranger's house due to bad weather.  Another person says that life is not important for a girl than her dignity.  Shatrughan asks Sumantra about what is the raj dharma in such cases.  Sumantra says the girl needs to be punished.  The dhobhi begs Shatrughan to not punish his daughter as he knows she is innocent.  The other common people present there start protesting saying if the girl is not punished, it sets bad example and others will also follow the same and give excuses that they did bad deeds to save their life.

Lakshman is angry and sharpening some wooden weapons.  Sita and the boy come there with a plan and they sit down nearby and smell a flower which makes them sneeze and they start sneezing.  Lakshman sees them and goes away from there.  He then brings some leaves and gives it to Sita and the boy.  They both smell that leaf and stop sneezing.  Sita asks him if he is angry on her.  Lakshman says it is his duty to protect Ram and Sita.  Sita tells him if he does not sleep, it would spoil his health and people would say Sita has not taken care of her brother-in-law and does he want people to blame Ram and Sita.  Lakshman tells her that he will cut people's tongues who would blame Ram and Sita and she need not worry about his health as he is doing his duty as per his mother's instructions.  The jungle is full of danger and if something happens to them while he is asleep, he would not forgive himself for that and requests her not to stop him from doing his duty.

Shatrugan comes to the dhobhi and says he also believes dhobhi and tells his daughter is innocent and it is not wrong to take shelter at times of dangers and they should thank the person who helped the girl but according to the rules of the government, dhobhi's daughter would have to be punished and will have to spend two years vanvaas.  Dhobhi cries as his daughter is very young and how will she stay in the jungle.  Shatrugan tells the government will take care of her and protect her while she is in the jungle for two years.  Dhobhi says this is injustice to his daughter and cries.  He thinks in mind that Ayodhya has to pay the price for it.

Precap:  Ram, Sita, Lakshman and the boy move on in their journey.  Urmila is sleeping.  Shruthakirti tries to wake her up but she does not wake up.  Sumitra is worried.  Vashisht also comes there.
