Siya ke Ram: 8th April 2016 Written Update.

Sita goes to Janak. He tells her that during the Kanyadaan he dreamt of her happiness but today he only moved her away from happiness. Sita tells him that she feels proud that he chose dharma over comforts. This is the biggest lesson of her life. Janak speaks of the miseries of her life in the forest. Sita reminds him that he only told her to protect her self respect at any cost. Dharma protects those who protect dharma. Janak utters that no father would feel happy on seeing his daughter in this costume but he's satisfied that she made Raghuvansh purer by her love, dharma and virtues.

Vashistha tells Ram that they will return to Ayodhya and blesses him for his exile period. Ram, Sita and Lakshman greet everyone. Kaushalya tells Sita that today she realized that her decision to accompany Ram was right. It gave her peace. Sumitra tells Lakshman to perform his duties. Kaikeyi asks Ram how will she be able to forgive herself, how will she spend these fourteen years. Ram requests her to keep her love for him intact. Her love would be his strength during these years.

Bharat tells Ram that he will spend his fourteen years as a sanyasi. If there be a day's delay in Ram's return, he would jump in fire. Ram promises Bharat that he would after fourteen years. Bharat places Ram's slippers on his head and moves. The rest follow him. 

Ram tells Lakshman that since everyone has become aware of this place, they will leave it tomorrow morning.

Bharat places Ram's footwear on the throne and wipes the dust over them. Vashistha tells him that it's not the time to be emotional and motivates him to manage Ayodhya in Ram's absence. Bharat seeks Vashistha's pardon for his unwillingness and utters that he can never replace Ram. Saying so, he storms out. Kaushalya signals Mandavi to follow Bharat.
